The Smug 9 day detox kit definitely works. As you'd expect with a massive calorie reduction, I lost just over 4kg. The supplements helped a lot and I never felt like I was starving. Obviously, once I started eating properly again (healthily), I put some weight back on, but it was a great way to reset and get myself back on track.

Just starting my 2nd week of smug supplements of the 30 day detox & weight loss plan. I am really impressed with these products. I feel so much better within myself in just a week and lost 4lb in 5 days. The plan is so easy to follow. I had to contact customer services a couple of times for advice. Sarah was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond. I’m definitely considering getting another month of the 30 day plan. They also delivered within a day of ordering. It is definitely so much better dealing with a small family run business based in the uk and would not hesitate to recommend smug supplements.

I have done the 9 day cleanse and now on the 30 day. I feel the supplements have helped make me feel fuller for longer, more awake, energised and less bloated 😊

Bought the smug 9 detox strawberries amd cream.
Very easy to follow compared to other 9 daily detox plans at almost double the price.
Few struggles along the way
1.Drinking 3 litres of water is a hard shock to the system I had to mix it up by adding squash.
2. The shake was not to my liking I struggled and gave up the shake on the 4th day and had 222 calories of fruit instead.
3. Bulk your meals with salad items you will be surprised how much food you get. I had 2 white fish fillets cous cous amd salad it was huge and below my budget.
4. Workouts l/excersise will become harder as much energy levels were shot although I was doing 35 minutes on the cross trainer every day.

Over the moon. I would do the smug 30 but as I said above the strawberries and cream was not nice (in my own opinion) and I didn't want to buy a different flavour to be in the same boat.
But will do smug 9 again

didn't manage to lose substantial weight from the 9 day detox but it really helps with hunger control and relieves bloating and constipation. might try the 30 day detox .

I followed the Smug 30 day routine exactly as recommended and after 7-10 days started to feel and see the benefits. More energy, more regular, reduced chocolate cravings and my clothes fit better.

Terrible, I’ve been constipated for 6 days and no matter how much water I drink I cannot go!
Decided to stop after 2 weeks of following the plan,, don’t waste you’re money I am so disappointed with the outcome
