Quick and efficient service, products exactly as described and easy to follow instructions. I ordered the 30 day detox, and have followed it so far religiously…..I have lost 6lb in the first week! I was 10st 7lb and wanting to get to 9st 7lb for my holiday with healthy eating and exercise not just a faddy diet. This is the great kick start that I needed. The Banana shake is lovely!
