Great value and quick delivery
I ordered from smyths homevalue for the first time and I would order from them again without hesitation. The items I had purchased were fragile and well packaged so no breakages which was great.

Good fast delivery-product as expected
Good fast delivery-product as expected. The only complaint was that I just ordered a small kitchen knife which was sent in a very big box with lots of packaging-way too much for a small knife.

Item arrived promptly
Item arrived promptly. Slight damage to item. Contacted vendor who replied (but message went into Spam so did not see it, resulting in a poor review).
When I noticed the reply the offer to make things right was acceptable. Good customer service.
Would shop there again.
