Hard to cancel

I’ve reached out to help you log into your account, or alternatively, I can cancel the subscription for you if that is easier. Subscriptions are very simple to cancel—customers can do this themselves through their account, or I am always happy to assist and take care of it for you.
I have also checked our one-time password login system and found no issues. However, these emails can sometimes go into junk folders, so please check there as well.
Please do get in touch with us so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. I sincerely apologise again for any inconvenience and frustration caused, especially if we did not receive your original email.

I've purchased several boxes without…
I've purchased several boxes without any problems. While some snacks do show up more than once, that's normal for a variety pack.

Yes as our snack boxes are picked from the stock we have available at the time, there can sometimes be a few repeated items, especially if boxes are purchased close together.
That said, we’re always happy to help! If you want to make sure no snacks are repeated you are always welcome to email us and let us know which snacks you’ve already had, and we can custom make a box with new items for you 🙂

Excellent Company Providing World Snacks!
Snack'd make for a seamless delivery of high-quality surprise snacks delivered monthly! I've never had an issue with delivery, and the boxes are always packaged nicely with fine details. It's an affordable box with a range of snacks which are hard to find!

Have bought a few boxes now with no issues. Sometimes snacks are repeated but that's to be expected in a mixed selection box.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a subscription box in error just wanted a one off box delivered straight away for a trip away so we had some different snacks. I couldn’t fault customer service they dealt with my order efficiently changing it from subscription to one off I got a discount for first subscription and they kindly still left this on the one off box. I will use again in the future my box arrived very quickly and the amount of items and the variety was really good ideal for savoury and sweet tooth.

One off family box....WOW! Loads of products.
If I could give this company more than 5 🌟, I would. Lotte went above and beyond to make the one off family box very special, filled to the brim with a variety of delicious items, lovingly packed with tissue paper and a sweet "thank you" card with a voucher.
I've ordered twice, and in the 2nd box, Snack'D spent time choosing different items to the products featured in the 1st box. They also replaced the pieces we disliked (very minimal) from the 1st box. I will definitely be ordering again.
Thank you for your wonderful service! Can't wait to see what's featured next.

I’ve been impressed with my snack'd subscription. The customer service is excellent—they kept me well-informed and even went above and beyond to replace a missing box (went missing during delivery) without any hassle. The product itself is fantastic, with great variety and quality in every delivery. Highly recommend!

Fantastic boxes & company, love Snack’d & love my subscription
Received February box on 3rd of feb after being shipped on 31st Jan & yet again it’s another fantastic box, snacks are amazing as always, boxes are well packed & neatly packed, love my subscription to snack’d
Being a badly disabled person I really enjoy receiving my snack boxes every month & I look forward to receiving them and I’m never left disappointed with each box I receive, snack’d send boxes really promptly and when they say they will and never delay any boxes
I have complete trust in Snack’d as a company and they never let me down, customer service is always friendly and they respond to you quickly & are always extremely polite. I’ve only ever contacted customer service once & was impressed with them.
I will always recommend Snack’d & their subscriptions to anyone as I can’t recommend them enough that’s how good they are as a company & how good their boxes are & how reliable they are.
1 thing I would recommend is with their subscriptions & that is maybe adding a box to their subscription list where you could get a premium box with 20+ different snacks instead of the family box where you get 2 of every item in the classic box, maybe adding a premium box in and also have the family box or change family box to premium box,
If Snack’d did that I would immediately upgrade my classic box subscription to premium box subscription, but still I’m extremely happy with the classic box subscription, it’s just an idea

I’ve tried Snackd (snackd.co.uk) and overall, I’m very happy with the experience so far! The snack variety is impressive, with lots of international treats to explore and enjoy. The boxes arrive promptly, and the snacks are always in good condition, though the packaging could sometimes benefit from tracking for peace of mind. Customer service is also top-notch—friendly, responsive, and even generous with little extras on occasion. It’s a fun and educational way to explore new flavours, and I’m looking forward to my future boxes. Would definitely recommend! Four stars.

Really good value for money
Lovely selection of snacks in each box and really good value for money. The family boxes especially were large and such a good amount of snacks in each one.
I got 5 boxes for family members for Christmas the customer service was amazing - I asked if each box could be different and it wasn’t a problem.
Very friendly and helpful via email.
If I didn’t have so much food after Xmas I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Definitely will for Xmas pressies again though!! Give them a try

Great Snack Selection

Had an issue with my subscription (my fault) initially and they were so quick and helpful in resolving. I've also bought lots of treats directly from the website, all of which were fantastic with good use by dates. Would recommend!

Brought a box from the shop sise got a lot for your money actually. Just placed another order for 2 boxes to try from the shop side. It's mainly for my younger sister as she gets excited about trying new things. Supporting smaller businesses has always been number 1 for me as I think it's important. The only thing I don't like is it's sent out by 2nd class. Snack'd emailed me and sent my 2 boxes 1st class which I brought was awesome. Amazing company.
