Loved my first box so much I’ve upgraded immediately to the premium box. Really exciting to get the box and open up to reveal the country and then see all the snacks. Great fun and tasty treats !! Can’t wait for my next box !!!

I’ve been subscribing to Snackverse for a while now and can’t fault the service or variety of goods. I’ve even just upgraded to the premium box I love it that much!

Lovely boxes always in time and well packed, good customer service too and always answer emails, just upgraded from the medium to the large box

My son has really enjoyed the snack boxes! Due to a diet change and medical reasons we have had to cancel for now but we will certainly be back in the future. Great service. Thank you!

Absolutely awesome treat. If you like to experience food of the world and like an element of surprise then this would be for you. Prompt delivery and always full of fun exciting snacks and drinks from a different country each year. A must if you like this sort of thing.

Love the concept and each box is great with different treats from different country’s - only issues we’ve had is delivery which has been very slow/issues with delays for it - we’re sticking with snackverse though and hope it starts to improve as my kids enjoy the treats

Really enjoyed the boxes every month. There was always a great selection of crisps sweets and drinks. We all really enjoyed looking forward to seeing which country we had each month and the kids loved the boxes. We started on the smallest box and quickly upgraded and found for the quantity of what you received it was great value for money. Would hundred percent recommend to anyone who is thinking about it. Customer service is also great no issues at all there.

We really enjoyed getting the snacks from different countries every month and looked forward to trying different foods from around the world.
Sadly I’m having to budget and had to cancel for now.

My children have enjoyed the excitement of receiving the box monthly and trying the new snacks.

They did probably only like 50% of the stuff in the boxes, but that’s just luck of the draw and what’s in the boxes. They enjoyed the drink tasting aswell.

We did have to liaise directly via email with customer service once and they dealt with the query affectively and efficiently.

I love snackverse. Customers service is always fantastic and they’re so easy to get a hold of. Always interesting snacks from across other countries

The snacks are of good quality, been receiving boxes for over a year. The only downside is that countries are repeating after a year and only ever seems to be European countries.

Really lovely quick service and delivery and lovely snack boxes from different countries. Well worth the money.

Got a review questionnaire today from Snackverse. No reply to my ongoing issue about missing items from my first box. No response to my request to cancel going forward, it cancel the next that they took the payment for before the first box arrived. Very poor communication

We recommend Snackverse as we loved the variety of snacks received, and look forward each month to finding out which country we would get! The little information booklets provided giving details about the specific country and explaining what all the snacks were was brilliant, a handy little keepsake which would be very useful if ever visiting them! Customer Services were also great and very helpful when I had need to contact them! All in all a great experience and definitely worth a try 😊

I could see from the payments that this didn’t happen only to me — they also duplicated the subscription order. I can’t cancel it at all because it simply won’t let me. I only wanted one box, but they created two and are charging me for both. You have to call them to cancel it, but it’s impossible to get through to anyone. It’s crazy, in my opinion.
