Customer service - call centres based in Asian countries, responses are exact repetitions, ‘escalating’ means email which you don’t here from to resolve the issue, $5-10 credit vouchers given towards shipping of next order. THIS ALL POINTS TOWARDS A COMPANY OPERATING FROM ASIA AS A SCAM . I have had to change all bank details.
Never received my photos
I ordered photos at the start of March and I never received my online photos. My son needed them for a school project. It's been a month and there's no way to email anyone for support. I'm very disappointed and I will print my photos with big w next time.
Rubbish delivery times and no customer service
Delivery times are terrible even with express. My package didnt arrive, contacted them asking for help, and they just dont bother replying. avoid at all costs

If negative stars were possible I would use them. I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle from Snapfish as a gift and it arrived with no reference photo to enable building the puzzle, so useless. After much difficulty dealing with their chat-only customer service that had a high disconnect rate, they agreed the puzzle should have had a reference photo and resent the order. Same thing happened two more times and each time, there was no reference photo despite assurances that this time they’d get it right. I finally gave up and requested a refund which I was told was being done immediately. It never came. Each frustrating interaction with the company took at least 30 minutes and they never provided what they promised or refunded my money. They are a nightmare to deal with. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
Book got spoiled under the rain
I was not advised the book had arrived and was left on the ground under the rain, it got spoiled. Waste of time and money.
Disappointing after spending ages…
Disappointing after spending ages sorting and reviewing, the price advertised was not what I was charged.
The customer service said I should have used a promo code that was not supplied :(
Photobook quality lacking
We have ordered a lot of photobooks from them but I think the quality has gone way down. The photos look terrible. There were also duplicates - lots of them - after they did the layout automatically. Generally very disappointing. Paid for express post which didn't happen but that's secondary to the product. You'd be better off paying double somewhere else I think, and I'll be doing that next time.

Absolutely disgusting company...they said it was sent ...never arrived...contacted them 4 times for a tracking number to check with post but have NOT had a response at all on a pension so am now down $35...a lot to me

THIS IS NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY. COMES FROM ASIA. Ordered around 4th of December, arrived 5th January. When tried to contact was told to read into on their q&a pages. Ordered thinking we were keeping money in Australia, but we're not. Their hub is in Melbourne but it comes from Asia. Zero communication, no tracking information ( so you cant see where it actually comes from)
Extremely disappointing and will never purchase from again.. anyone that asks about it, I will be advising to look elsewhere.
Poor colour reproduction
My photobook just arrived. The colour reproduction is dreadful. I am an experienced photographer and printer and have made dozens of photobooks over the last 20 years. I thought I'd give Snapfish a try. Big mistake! Never again.
Canvas Prints printed diagonal and off…
Canvas Prints printed diagonal and off centre, prints blurry despite me uploading professional photography photos, images too dark.
I contacted them via online chat seven times and my hours wasted on “chat” in a row as I tried resolve the following issues; 1. My order didn’t arrive and I spent about $340 on my orders. Had to keep chasing this up 2. The photo mugs I ordered were too dark despite some pics taken on a sunny day at the beach 3. My PREMIUM canvas prints which finally arrived were inadequate, photos off centre and diagonal! Also white spots or brown spots from poor quality printing

Ordered Christmas Cards becuase they gave me a delivery date with enough time for me to mail out and it's now 16 December and no cards turn up. Of course they have my money. They used to be a great company now they are a dog. Use Vista Print or some other company. Snapfish doesn't care once they have your money. Try and contact them. Good luck.

Ordered a calendar in November for christmas gift on the 16t December i cobtacted snapfish and was told its stuck in shipment wint be delivwred until the 29th of December. Not happy, canceled order will go elswhere to get my calensar from now on.

I love our canvasas! I had been putting off getting them for ages because they're so expensive, but then snapfish had an amazing sale and I got 6 canvasas for an excellent price. Just hung them up today and they look so good. Great quality, and excellent customer service.
Extremely poor quality and awful service
The photo prints were extremely poor quality. I had selected the high-resolution option when uploading, yet the colours and contrast came out very pale and washed out—almost like photos from 60 years ago. I also had constant issues getting the photos to sync from my phone to the website and had to repeat the process five times. When I contacted Snapfish, they initially suggested I hadn’t chosen the high-resolution setting, but eventually offered credits. Wasted half a day trying to upload the photos now wasting my day for a refund for goods that were not fit for purpose. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Have been using Snapfish for a few years and always been happy with my orders. Last order was a bit disappointing and let them know. To their credit they refunded me the whole amount so I redid the order and am very happy with the results. Was very fast and I’ve never had a problem with delivery. Will continue to use.
