Well I have been really happy in the past, and on my last order I received outstanding assistance via chat. But now I want to chat to customer service about a slight design tweak... and there is absolutely no way of contacting a human (or even a bot). I have searched and searched through "Contact and Support" and found nothing. I'm a fairly regular buyer and subscriber to wix-via-vistaprint, so I'm really disappointed. I think they've done away with customer service, by the looks of it.

I had business cards printed and unfortunately the contact details came out too fine and were difficult to read. I reached out to the team and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They organised a replacement straight away and took the time to help me refine my design so it would print clearly and professionally. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I am really impressed with their customer service.
WORST PRODUCT EVER
WORST PRODUCT EVER. Extremely low quality. But what is even worse than the product itself is their customer service — their complete lack of willingness to help, to serve, or to resolve the problem when a customer is not satisfied.
I simply want to return the item and have it remade with better quality, or receive a full refund. That is all I am asking for.
However, their customer service is outsourced to representatives in other countries who are not willing to communicate properly or solve the issue.
On top of that, their discount codes are constantly falsely advertised — they never work and cannot be used. It is all misleading.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Printed Poster Review
I was extremely pleased with the quality of the printed posters' colour and details were great. The only complaint would be that the posters were not delivered in a cylinder but wrapped....which caused some difficulty in unwrapping without damage to the posters.

Faulty cups rectified immediately
This was the second time ordering a big batch of coffee cups from VistaPrint. We had some issues with quality - some cups were faulty. After providing photos and feedback, the team (Patrick Roy) were very swift to rectify the situation by sending replacement cups without any hesitation or charge. The communication was quick which helped with keeping the cafe operations smooth (customer satisfaction especially considering the complaints came from our customers first).

The worst customer experience ever
The worst customer experience you could ever encounter. We originally placed an order for our wedding invitations, three weeks later after still not receiving them we were told there was a printing error and they never printed. We were told that they would re do the order but it would still another two weeks for that to be processed and shipped. Two weeks later we received the invitations, opened them & they had been printed upside down. We contacted customer service who were unsympathetic & simply told us it is a printing error and they can re print them and send them out, which the fastest they could do was another two weeks or they could just give us a refund. Extremely disappointing, we now have no wedding invitations for our wedding as they couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be any more issues with them. Would not recommend using this company for any printing services if you need them for an event with a time frame. The Customer service representative then finished the phone call with ‘thank you for choosing Vista print, we hope you enjoy our products’ just to top it off.

Customer Service and Help line Exceptional
I had an issue with an online order regarding sizing of a trifold brochure. I called the helpline was on hold for less than a minute and a lovely gentleman called Michael helped me out with this problem very promptly and even fast tracked the redesign with a voucher as well. Fantastic helpline support!

On multiple occasions both Celine and Christian have been an amazing help with any of my support needs through VistaPrint. Christian understood my frustrations when it came to business cards and offered and extremely quick and suitable solution. Celine helped me with my businesses flyers.
