Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Took My Money Anyway

Do not buy from this company. Absolute disaster from start to finish.

I placed an order for 7 items on March 4 and specifically confirmed with customer service that everything would arrive on time. I was clearly told it would be delivered by March 19. I approved all artwork by March 5, so there was zero delay on my end.

Then on March 13, they suddenly called to say the delivery would be pushed to March 27, which is completely useless since my tradeshow is before that. After pushing back, I was told I could upgrade to priority shipping and receive everything by March 20. I paid an additional $700 for that upgrade.

Today is March 16, and now they’re telling me it will STILL arrive on March 27. So what exactly did I pay $700 for?

To make things worse, I’ve had to call them five separate times just to get updates, and every time I get a different answer. At one point, I was even told the order was put on hold again, even though it should have shipped days ago.

This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely lacks accountability. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then charge you extra for services they don’t even fulfill.

Avoid at all costs if you care about timelines or actually receiving your order when promised.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam - I paid for a sign - there was no "design help" that I paid for. I'm sitting on hold here now to try to get a $55 refund for 24 minutes - this is the 6th call after about 5 emails to try to get a refund - STAY AWAY

Fraudulent business practices

Advertises as being in Australia, everything is a lie. Company is in India, they have sent me the wrong size 2x and refuse to engage with my email communication. They are a signage company that don't know the difference between cm and mm! They hang up on phone calls when complaints are being made. Avoid this company at all costs

Do not recommend

Product quality average. Communication poor. Advertises as Australian. Its not. Product comes from India. Paid express shipping. Came over a week after expected. Ignoring all emails now regarding complaints. Do not recommend

Gloss website does love up to the standard

⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing experience

I’ve been completely let down by BannerBuzz. They constantly bombard you with promotional emails, yet when you actually use their online portal as they insist, nothing happens — no action, no follow-through, and endless delays.

The quality of the product I received was second-rate and faded so quickly it was embarrassing. I cancelled my next order and went with a local provider — had my new product in 7 days, while BannerBuzz was still messing around 30 days later trying to get the original order right.

My next challenge is trying to get my refund, which so far has been just as frustrating as the ordering process.

Terrible communication, poor quality, and a disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be using them again.

How is this company still in business?

Seriously I am unsure how this company remains in business. I went into the website to order some custom stickers on a roll. I needed them at a custom size. Which wasn't available as an option. So I emailed the company asking for a quote for custom size stickers. After speaking to 4 different sales people and providing artwork, dimensions and quantity and explaining the use of the sticker to multiple people I couldn't get a single quote.

I provided print ready art work of a single image, and then was asked if I need all the stickers to have the same image? There was only 1 image in the artwork.

I was asked if it needed to be transparent and told to go to the website to select options. When I clearly stated it has a white background and paper is fine as they are to cover a floor plan. I was then asked which product I wanted even after I had told them I wanted a quote for custom die cut stickers ON A ROLL.

Then from the 4th sales person I was asked what size I wanted and was asked to select from their default sizes after I asked repeatedly for a custom quote for a custom size sticker and I provided the exact dimensions.

All of this took several days, multiple emails and multiple sale people and not a single price or even "sorry we don't do custom size stickers"

I don't think an actual sales person works there cause they couldn't sell water in a desert.

Bannerbuzz has been great to work with. They have prompt service and the quality of the products have been great so far. Looking forward to seeing my new banners.

They are a completely dodgy business…
They are a completely dodgy business with no quality control and really poor customer service.

Half the products I ordered never came and they wouldn't refund even after harassing them daily for 2 weeks. I finally got the refund 2.5 weeks and 20 emails later.

Their Banner doesn't even fit the stand they sent and they have asked me 3 times now to take photos which I have done and they keep coming back and asking me to jump through hoops, but still no refund for this product.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!

Edit: Don’t believe their response below I got a refund on the items I didn’t receive but it took them 2 weeks of constant phone calls every day to get it. The banner doesn’t fit but they have made me take photos and videos 3 times now and still they ask for another video. They are making me jump through hoop after hoop and full of lies and deception.

We will not be using them again

We have used BannerBuzz for many items over the years and they are good enough quality and what you expect for the price. Unfortunately we have been very disappointed in their communication and customer service on our last 2 orders of car decals, taking 2 weeks to send us the initial proof then 4 weeks to send 2 small decals after payment had been made...WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!
