Fast delivery! Not exactly as advertised. I sent an image for a wall decal that had a transparent background and received an image that I have to cut out because there’s a white background. As well as ordered car window decals that again I have to cut out myself and they have bent marks in the image that show up.

Sandwich board hinges easily break, and no support to repair
Their sandwich boards have hinges that are very easily bent, such as anytime the wind blows it over, or by an employee who folds it without being extra tender. And they don't offer any spare parts for this poorly made piece. And without the hinge, the product is pretty much useless.

They’re not actually a Canadian company they drop shipped from Asia. Their customer service is also nonexistent even though it says 24 seven customer service.

Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Took My Money Anyway
Do not buy from this company. Absolute disaster from start to finish.
I placed an order for 7 items on March 4 and specifically confirmed with customer service that everything would arrive on time. I was clearly told it would be delivered by March 19. I approved all artwork by March 5, so there was zero delay on my end.
Then on March 13, they suddenly called to say the delivery would be pushed to March 27, which is completely useless since my tradeshow is before that. After pushing back, I was told I could upgrade to priority shipping and receive everything by March 20. I paid an additional $700 for that upgrade.
Today is March 16, and now they’re telling me it will STILL arrive on March 27. So what exactly did I pay $700 for?
To make things worse, I’ve had to call them five separate times just to get updates, and every time I get a different answer. At one point, I was even told the order was put on hold again, even though it should have shipped days ago.
This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely lacks accountability. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then charge you extra for services they don’t even fulfill.
Avoid at all costs if you care about timelines or actually receiving your order when promised.

Since my last review - much better
Since my last review, things have gotten much better in the way of support and tools. I have ordered many items for marketing my business and have been happy with the quality and price.
The sales are decent and the pricing tends to be better than the competition. The variety of items is also great. Customer service seems very supportive as of the last two times I made enquiries. I am quite happy to recommend them.

Will NEVER order from BannerBuzz again
I ordered a perforated window sign from BannerBuzz for my business opening. While the print quality itself was acceptable, the material quality was extremely disappointing.
During normal and careful installation, the vinyl tore almost immediately when removing it from its backing — a basic and standard step in the installation process. I have ordered similar perforated window graphics from other suppliers before and have never experienced this issue. The material felt unusually thin and fragile.
When I contacted customer service, they explained that this type of tearing is considered “normal” due to the material specifications and declined to replace the item unless I paid 70% of the cost for a reshipment. I was not willing to pay again for a product that failed under normal use.
I initially chose BannerBuzz hoping to build a long-term relationship and place recurring larger orders if satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, both the product durability and the proposed resolution did not meet my expectations.

After mading my licence plate design
After mading my licence plate design. it was suggested that the image was low resolution. i approved it.
5-6 days after the design was approved. it arrived which was fast. as for the Image i submitted. i thought it awesome.
