Ordering from the website was easy and the explanation on file preparation was clear. Glad that there is a proof option so that I know all was good with the file before printing. Pricing is competitive and delivery was exactly as stated. Packaging was sturdy. This is my second time ordering and I'm obviously very happy with the service. Thank you

Quick, Easy, & High-Quality
Quick & easy, they made accommodations to make sure that the banner would be high-quality. They were meticulous and even had to move their stitch border without compromising quality just to make sure that the design would not be stitched over.
The order came back earlier than expected too!

Everything went well. They did some minor work to enhance clarity.
Appears they only had 7ft versions of the table runner. Would have preferred a 6ft version

after getting a notification my order had arrived i drove an hour home to get it only to find in fact ii wasn't there. i am gone now for a month and won't know if it ever got delivered. very disappointed

Unbelievable customer service to correct dpi and colour
For some reason I could not make my design with a high enough resolution for their printers, so BannerBuzz offered to recreate my image for me at no charge. Fantastic - however the proof of the recreated image had the wrong colours, much more dull and unattractive. Colours are very important to my logo and brand so I wasn't happy with that. One of the BannerBuzz design team reached out to me and we spoke at length on the phone to achieve the look I wanted. They were extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and dedicated to making me satisfied with the proof. It really was unbelievable customer service. I had previously thought that BB was a big impersonal foreign company who wouldn't care too much about personalizing service, but I was totally wrong. When I received the printed items, I have to admit the colours are still slightly off but not enough that others will notice. I will have to do something about the software I use to get the correct resolution with the correct colours. But I really was so impressed with the customer service by the design team! (As a side note, it might be hit and miss with which staff you speak with. I had several calls with BB and Mark on the design team was amazing, while another person was less than stellar and I was glad not to work with him on my design.)

Very good looking banners for the price.
My banners look quite good. The colors are vibrant and the blacks are nice and black. I was worried blacks and reds would look washed out but they look nice. The image clarity looks good too. This would all depend on the resolution of your image files though. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that the vinyl material itself has an obvious cross weaved pattern in it. I didn't realize that when ordering. Otherwise though I'm quite happy with the results for the price. Shipping was also timely. I would order from them again.
