Very disappointing experience with BannerBuzz.

I placed an order for business cards at the beginning of the month. The total was around $50, which I paid in full. A few days later, I was informed that there was an issue with the colour, so we reviewed and corrected the design and sent it back promptly.

At that point, I expected the order to proceed normally. However, with only four days left before the original delivery date, I checked my order status and was shocked to see that it was still marked as “ON HOLD.”

I contacted customer support through their ticket system, and the response was essentially: “We’re sorry your order is on hold. If you want it to arrive by your requested delivery date, you can choose the expedited option for an additional $25.”

This is extremely frustrating. I placed the order almost two weeks ago and have already waited 12 days. Now, just days before the promised delivery date, I’m being asked to pay an additional $25 to receive the order on time.

From a customer’s perspective, this does not feel transparent or fair. The pricing may look attractive at first, but if delays or issues occur after the order is placed and the customer is then pushed toward paying additional fees to meet the original delivery timeline, that is a serious concern.

The customer service experience has also been very disappointing. Their support system is not straightforward, and getting a clear, direct response or resolution is unnecessarily difficult.

I honestly regret waiting this long instead of finding another printing company. For me, the issue is not simply the extra $25 — it’s the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability.

I hope BannerBuzz takes this feedback seriously and improves both its order-handling process and customer support.

I made an order for wall stickers that was made wrong but they were kind enough to give me a full refund.

I'm delighted with the quality of the print work on my new hanging sign, and I appreciate how portable and easy to assemble the stand is. Turnaround and delivery times were super-fast too, with my last-minute order arriving across the country well before the event I needed it for. I am a repeat customer of BannerBuzz and will definitely order from them again!

Unfortunately, the product was damaged during shipping. I’m not sure why the shipping company proceeded to tape it and then ship it.

It was smooth from the beginning! Never had an issue and corrections were made immediately.

This was my first time ordering a banner and I was impressed by the speed of review of my design and the professionalism. They gave multiple comments to ensure the best printing quality. Also, I have received my order earlier than expected and I am very pleased with the result. Overall, great experience.

Order was placed and one item was incorrect and they fixed the issue very quickly and delivered the correct item faster than was expected. Quality of the material was great and graphics looked vibrant.

My sign was bent when I received it - I know it’s not your fault but maybe package the item in a stronger box. Quality of my purchase was excellent but I don’t know if I can undo the damage that the postal service did on my sign :(((
This company did not let me hanging with my damaged order I received!! They took my advice seriously about packaging when sent to post office as our items are not carefully handled at times. This company sympathized about my experience and offered me alternatives to make it better.
They strive for customer satisfaction!!!
I recommend 100% dealing/purchasing with them.

UPDATE — September 5. Still no refund.

Total disaster. I ordered $1,722.30 of custom signage and presentation materials for a corporate event on August 28, and paid an extra $271.49 for Priority delivery. My order confirmation, dated August 19, lists August 26 as the estimated delivery for twelve of the thirteen items, and August 28 for the last one.

Nothing arrived on time. Items showed up on August 29, then August 31, and the lanyards finally landed on September 4 — a week after the event.

I called customer service on August 27, the day before the event, as soon as I got the FedEx notification. The agent brushed me off, literally told me they could do nothing to contact FedEx, and took no responsibility for a delivery date I had paid extra to secure.

BannerBuzz has now replied. Their answer claims my estimated delivery dates were August 28 and September 1. Neither date appears anywhere on my order confirmation. They described the delay as one business day and offered a refund on two items out of thirteen.

Every single item was printed for that one dated event. None of it can be reused, resold or repurposed. I have offered to return the complete order at their expense and got no response to that either.

Ticket 02504212. I want the full $1,722.30 refunded. I paid for a service that was not delivered.

Good quality sign, great feedback and customer service. Will be ordering from them again

I found BannerBuzz on a Google search and they were a Canadian company so I would try them with my table accent cloth for use at Craft Markets. I chose the colour red because it would enhance both my black and dark green table cloths and it looks great. BannerBuzz adjusted my logo free of charge so that it would look the best on my purchase.

What I ordered for was different from what was delivered

The staff, from sales to help to production to editing was prompt and fantastic. They were a great help with every phase and any issues that arose. Well appreciated!
The final product arrived as promised and was terrific! We used the banner yesterday for an event and it was well received. We definitely would use BannerBuzz in the future.

The site was easy to use. Pricing was much better than anywhere else. The product came faster than promised, was done perfectly (better quality than expected) and there was even a customer service call from a person to ask about an other product I had in my cart to see if I had any questions or needed help.

Purchased 2 custom banner for sports card related shows, I am a new vendor but the quality is amazing from bannerbuzz and will order more down the road as my business grows @ironmaidens11

Flag looks great. System was pretty straight forward and easy to use. Everything moved along very quickly.

BannerBozz reached out to me directly to fix an issue I had, and they were more than willing to meet me halfway by sending out a new banner. They were very reasonable, easygoing, and great to deal with throughout the process. I really appreciate them standing behind their product and making things right. Would definitely recommend!

Order process was easy, BannerBuzz reps helped me through the checkout process. They also gave me additional discounts that made it competitive pricing than other nearby vendors.

Fast service, sign well made a d liked pre approval before final product began production. Great as I had sizes opposite as what they should have been and they corrected. Quick delivery
