Ordered goods- advised delivery 17-04 - no delivery - no contact from company - chased up - unable to speak on phone just chat - told issue escallated and response in 24/48 hours - no response - chat again today 21-04 - told issue escalled again for response in 24/48 hours - well be advised

I always believe a company can make mistakes and the real way to measure is how they respond to an issue.
I am pleased to update that Covers&all did just that.
On highlighting my health, the reasons for ordering the cover and the impact on me at a difficult time they reacted quickly ensuring the item was completed and shipped in a speedy manner (from India but only took just a few days). On arrival the product quality exceeded my expectations in build quality and strength).
They also made a kind gesture on the price reflecting the issues I had faced.
As a result - well done to the team for a recovered customer service incident and as a result I would recommend them / use them again myself.

Placed order 8th April, with delivery confirmed as 20th April. On 20th I chase as the status is still showing in production but deliver date 20th. Reply confirms my order has not been shipped as estimated delivery date could be now up to 9 business days!
I am in cancer treatment and this shade was supposed to allow me to sit in my garden safe from UV, now I’m left wondering if I will receive anything at all let alone when having read other people’s experiences.

Bought a custom cover in 2024 for £150. Zip became faulty a year later, now completely failed. Only offer a ridiculous 90 day guarantee. Would not use again.

Update: I received my order after a lot of emails, chats and calls. The covers are nice but one is a little too small and the other fits perfectly. I am happy with them regardless. To keep things consistent in the garden I have placed another order and will just wait for them to arrive whenever they arrive.
Previous review: I placed my 2nd order with Coversandall as I was so very pleased with the previous one but this time it’s been a shambles from start to finish.
The covers were meant to be delivered in April 2nd as per the email. It is April 10th and so far I’ve been lied to on chat three times and two calls, saying it will be shipped in 24-48 hrs. Today I was told my order hasn’t even been made…… and will be shipped in 24 hrs. I do not hold my breath. I wanted to order again but am seriously reluctant.
Let’s see when I receive (if) my order.

When we received the cushions that we ordered there were unfortunately some issues with staining and construction. We contacted the company, who responded quickly and resolved the issue with a full refund. The response from the team was excellent and demonstrates that they do care about providing a good service to their customers.

Wish I’d read the reviews first!
Ordered 2 gazebo side walls. Item arrived well packaged and looks good quality, however the grommets to hang the wall are all over the place. Ordered 45cm apart and got the following distances between grommets (cm)… 29, 30, 43, 43, 41, 44, 43 contacted them and sent video as requested, answer came back that they “appear to be placed as per our standard production process”… joke! And not a funny one!! 🤬

Don't waste your money, i ordered a large bag to keep my garden furniture cushions dry and mildew free as was described on the website ..... I now have soaking wet cushions full of mildew

Custom made kayak cover ordered, incorrect size received. Checked after 2 days, kayak wet underneath the cover. Have emailed with complaint requesting full refund with accompanying photographs of wet kayak and rain on inside of the cover. The warranty and policy are clear on the website, which I have followed. No response to date. Would not recommend buying from this company.

appalling customer service. I have been trying to cancel an order for 4 days now. They have taken part of the money from my account and wanted more because I made an error in size, which is fine but I decided the price was too much. I got cut off on 2 phone calls couldn't understand what they were saying. The reply on the line was delayed by several seconds too. Still waiting for them to ring back or email. Very disappointed. Will be taking matters further.

Good quality cover, delivered in good time but the cover doesn’t have a drawstring all around the bottom as I had expected only a short run at either end which means the cover continually blows off the furniture - happy to add a photo if that helps? The cover has also been made a lot bigger than the measurements I gave so there is a lot of additional fabric, not the neat fit I anticipated. Overall I am happy with the quality & the company but disappointed with the fit & functionality.
