I ordered the cover for my patio furniture in June 26. Despite my request that delivery to be made after 21st Aug, they are claiming it was delivered and now it is missing. I am chasing them since last one month for a refund and no response. If I dont get refund in a day or two I am taking them to Small Claims court to recover my money. Avoid this company as they are very poor in communicating once you order and pay money.

Order came on time with no problems, I even changed sizes after I had placed my order but customer service sorted it out no problem, I will use them again...

I made an error with my order and had stupidly failed to realise that a cover with rounded corners would have smaller circumference. Covers and All generously supplied me with a replacement cover.
Their customer service team acted promptly with my problem and were most courteous and understanding.

Measured my large wooden oval garden table. Used the guide to measure the dimensions correctly and placed the order. The cover arrived 2 weeks later. The cover is of a high quality, waterproof and is a perfect fit for the table and chairs The elasticated edges keeps the fit around the chairs nice and snug and the extra buckles and clips secured to the chair legs is an extra layer of protection during stormy weather and will prevent the cover blowing off the furniture. A bit pricey but well worth the money to protect my very expensive wooden garden table and chairs

Well made and tailored to the contours of my Model A. Quality material. Reinforced strap mountings and elasticated bottom edges all the way to the bottom of the ground. Good measurement and production communication throughout.
Expensive but well worth the money. I will buy again based on my experience so far.

Ordering was easy, kept informed all the way. Product arrived and it’s great quality, it is the second one we’ve ordered for our pergola and now it’s protected on all sides for the winter

Generally pleased with my replacement seat pad. Much better than the first you made. Seams straight & not wrinkled or creased as were those in the first.
Only criticism is that I’d asked you to leave the labels out, and they have been sen in again. Impossible to remove and they do spoil a small seat pad.

I have used covers & all twice and both times received excellent service. Their design tool works well and they double checked my measurements (which added a couple of days but was worthwhile). Also they offer different grades of cover at different prices which enabled me to choose the best for each situation. Latest order packaged well and delivered as per order.

We have ordered from this company before and have been satisfied with the product. The site is easy to navigate. Now here is where the one star is dropped. Constant emails telling me that my order is beign processed, and are the dimensions right, just kept making me think I've got the measurements wrong. Ok small irritation,but there it is. Delivery was for Friday 4th, but that was a no show. We then started to track the package and it seemed to go in circles round a depot. Eventually got a notification that it had been delivered, either late Sunday, or very early Monday 7th. There was someone in the house all the time, but no doorbell was heard. Just one last thing on the packaging. The cover arrives folded, and yes it time the creases do come out, is there any chance of the cover being rolled? Will still order from this company.

Easy ordering process, quick despatch, but the quality of tarpaulin covers ordered has gone down. I ordered heavy duty custom tarp exactly as had 3 years previous, and the new one is much thinner and less 'heavy duty' than my previous ones. Still, overall whilst a little disappointed, happy enough.

We ordered three custom sail shades at the beginning of June which arrived at the beginning of July (a week later than estimated but that wasn't a problem). The quality and colour were exactly what I'd hoped for and I was excited. However when we went to hang them we discovered that they were too big for the space and therefore unusable. I thought maybe I'd made a mistake with measurements but when I checked our measurements and the measuring guide on their website I discovered that although the site says they will reduce measurements by 7.5-10cm per side that had not happened with our shades at all. We sent numerous emails and every time would get a different answer as to why we were the ones in the wrong and not them. We kept refuting their claims and backing it up with screenshots from their website. Eventually we gave up as there are plenty of other things in our lives which require more attention. I would recommend you AVOID purchasing from this company. I wish I'd done more research before ordering and I could have saved myself a lot of time, money and hassle.

Was actually delivered 2 days early!

My order came within 21 days, not put it up yet to see if sized correctly, but on first inspection looks good quality and just what I wanted for my gazebo.

I'd give zero stars if I could... they couldn't read a simple 2d drawing and kept insisting it was 3d and kept quoting me prices from £47 right up to £375... The communication is diabolical they put words in you're mouth and constantly try to secretly upsell, I emailed them and said I no longer wanted them to deal with what I needed and wish for all communication to stop and since then I've been plagued with none stop emails... Please save you're sanity and avoid this company 🙏

Our order arrived ahead of the due date. The replacement furniture covers (with inserts) are made extremely well and look very expensive. The colour is beautiful and they are of a good weight. Our only regret is that we didn't order in a more expensive option of fabric. The slightest drip of water or food crumb immediately permanently marks the fabric.
