Terrible Quality Control and Customer Service – Avoid!!!
I ordered custom tarps from Tarps&All, expecting them to meet the dimensions I provided and the promised 1-2 inch leeway outlined in their policy. I followed all their measuring requirements and confirmed the specifications with their design team. Despite this, I received tarps that were too small, as well as lacked the additional leeway, and were completely unusable for my project.
I provided extensive evidence, including photos and videos clearly demonstrating the defects. However, their customer service was dismissive, repetitive, and unhelpful. They dragged out the process for two weeks and eventually closed my case without resolving the issue or honoring their return policy.
The lack of accountability and refusal to act on clear evidence highlight serious quality control problems. If they had proper checks in place, these defective tarps should never have been shipped. Instead, they wasted my time and refused to provide a resolution.
Further research revealed that Tarps and All is part of Group Bayport, which includes brands like Covers and All, BannerBuzz, Best of Signs, Giant Media, Circle One, Neon Earth, Bags By The Ocean, and Vivyx Printing. These companies share similar issues, with a slew of bad reviews describing defective products and poor customer service across the board.
If you value your time and money, avoid Tarps and All and any of these associated brands. They prioritize profits over quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
