Love this company! I have ordered 4 of their collars and I love that the offer a matching leash. I prefer having my contact info on the collar rather than on a metal tag so you don’t hear the rattling during the night plus if my dog would get lost you can read the info from the collar rather than trying to grab hold of a little tag read the fine print IF the dog lets you touch it!!

This is our second collar and it’s perfect! Be prepared to wait the full 6-8 weeks for delivery. It’s worth it for the quality of product and customer service.

We love our Snazzy Fido collars for our dogs. We have ordered a total of 6 of them now just because I love all of the different color combinations. None of the collars have worn out or broken and our dogs wear them full time. I love that they don't have to wear tags that can get caught on things.
My only "complaint" would be that shipping can be a little longer than I would like but they do eventually come and they truly are beautiful.

Over the past few years, we have ordered 8 collars, not only for our own dogs but as gifts for our friend's dogs. While it does take a bit longer to produce and ship their products, it's definitely worth the wait because the personalized embroidery is beautiful, the collar material and hardware is of excellent quality and the cost is affordable enough to be able to order several different colors and styles. Customer Service has always been super-responsive to all our inquiries. One time we had decided to change our pet's name several days after having already placed an order for her old name. Thinking we'd just have to trash that collar once we received it, we decided to email Customer Service detailing our dilemma. They checked the production status and said "no problem" and they successfully made the name change in their system to her new name before the collar was produced!! Now THAT is what Customer Service is all about. We love our collars from Snazzy Fido and will continue to recommend them to all our friends and other dog aficionados.

It is easy to give a 5 star review when everything is perfect. My first order with Snazzy the order was shipped to the wrong place but from that experience I trust them even more. They figured out the issue fixed the issue and got my order to me. Not only this but the collars are high quality and the embroidery is well done. I would absolutely recommend them!!

We've been buying collars from Snazzyfido since 2017 and we love them so much! They are very affordable and long lasting. We have only had one problem, and customer servicewas very kind and helpful. There is no other brand we would switch to.

I was very blessed to have Aubrey Sabit as my customer contact person dealing with my questions about my order. She answered my emails promptly. My issue had nothing to do with quality of Snazzy Fido products just a very poor memory on my part. Everything was resolved to my very great satisfaction !

Awesome customer service and quality collars. No more hearing the name tag charm bang against the metal loop when your Fido scratches his neck or shakes his head! The collars are nice and soft in the inside and the name display is a nice print size. Highly recommend!

I love these folks. I have ordered from them on several occasions and always had great success. They make a really good quality product that last. They are also great to work with. I had made a mistake in the phone number on one of my collars. Instead of just printing it the way I had written it they realized it was not the same as the other collars and called me to confirm what I wanted. I am so thankful otherwise I would have gotten a collar w/the wrong number. I would highly recommend them.

We love our collar. Our Cooper looks so distinguished!! Now, if lost, the finder can get in touch with us immediately. These collars are washable and last for years. They are very well made and the colors are great. Perfect for all furbabies!!

After a Christmas delay, my collar arrived and it is beautiful! It fits great and is reflective and easy to read.
Because of my delay, I corresponded with Melvin in customer service whose demeanor was so helpful, pleasant and prompt.
The collar was worth the wait and was superior to others I have looked at.

It’s been over 4weeks 3days shy of 5 weeks and I still do not have any tracking in my order.
When I placed my order it stated 1-2weeks.
I’ve requested a refund and I’ve been denied

I have ordered collars and leashes from this company for both of my dogs, a few times for my 5 yr old pug mix and once so far for my 1 yr old Pitt. Every purchase I have made has been high quality and durable. They look great! Their shipping status isn’t always updated, so twice I had to reach out for an updated status when I felt it had been too long, but both times they arrived that day or a day later. The company also responded to my concern quickly and professionally. Over all this is a great company and I refer them to all of my friends at the dog park when they compliment my puppies collars :-)

This is my second time ordering collars from this company for my 3 dogs. The first set were the fleece ones and they lasted a couple of years despite the fact that I live out in the country, and have 3 hounds that get into and after everything. This time i ordered the reflector ones and they are amazing! I can see my dogs from a mile away in the dark. They are also made well. But the most important part of the collar to me is that my dogs names and my phone number are stitched right on the collar, as I have lost several ID tags through the years before ordering these collars. I’m very happy with this companies products.
