Snazzy Fido Avis 

We have ordered two separate collars and love them both! I love the soft material, and they are very durable. They also are a great price point. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that shipping could have been faster. It was definitely faster with our second order. I do wish they offered more colors, but I would highly recommend this company, and I will order from them again.

I love this collar! The inside is lined with a super soft material that doesn’t rub on Queso’s neck, which is super important if you have a short haired dog. The embroidery is well done which is also a must if you don’t want to hear dog tags jingling while the hound is running through the house. I received the order in good time and the company emailed me to make sure that I received the collar and leash. Great customer service. All in all 5 stars.

Received the two collars we purchased recently. They are both much nicer than I expected. I love the reflective strips on the collars as well. They fit each of our small dogs very well. Each collar, yellow and pink, are very colorful. The clip is nicer than expected as well.

I have been a customer of Snazzy Fido for years. Over the course of probably 8-10 purchases I have NEVER been dissatisfied. The quality materials and constantly improving designs keep me a loyal customer. If that wasn't enough, the customer service is phenomenal! Once I made a mistake on the embroidery and they corrected it for next to nothing. The quality of the collars is in no way reflected in the low cost. The collars on my VERY ACTIVE outdoor dog shouldn't last more than 3-4 months but these collars last forever. I replace them for a change of color long before they need replacement. I will stay a customer and highly recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for quality, function and design.

I was a little disappointed with the length of time it took to get the collars but then I remembered everything in the world is wacky and cut them a break. Collars are beautiful. I am mostly impressed with a customer service rep I dealt with and I would buy from this company again for her diligence alone. Thank you, Aubrey. You are quite the asset to this company.

I have ordered from here 3 times, I love the product! The first 2 times the shipping was slow, but this time I received them very quickly. I use them on my pets and have given them as gifts and even my vet loves them. I have had no problem with fading and when they get dirty, I just put them in a pillow case and throw them in the washer and they look brand new. I will keep ordering from here!

I discovered Snazzy Fido about 5 years ago and will never buy a collar anywhere else! The collars are high quality and very reasonably priced. They look so good on our dogs! The customer service is beyond the norm. They actually contacted me to make sure I received my order and to make sure I was satisfied. No other company has ever done that! We just ordered a collar and leash for our grand dog. Our three dogs and dogs we’ve had previously have all worn Snazzy Fido with their name and our number on them. We feel if they were ever lost we’d have instant access to us when someone found them. They’re the best and their staff is great!

Great customer service. The product lasts forever. I had to replace my old snazzfido collar due to change of telephone number. My dog pulls a lot the buckle, the ring for the leash and the collar are of high quality and do not break. I am already a returning customer. And I will buy again in the future.

The product is of good quality. The production and shipping took much longer than I anticipated, but when I reported the problem, I got a prompt response. Dooley is happy with his new collar and looks mighty spiffy in it if he does say so himself.

I recently purchased my third dog collar from Snazzy Fido for our new rescue dog Chewy. I love these collars! I feel so much better knowing that if my dog does get out/lost for some reason his name and my phone number are right there on his collar so that we can be quickly reunited. I also love the reflective nature of the collar. They fit securely and my dog doesn’t mind having it on at all. I highly recommend the collars. It arrived quickly, is reasonably priced and they have great customer service.

I placed an order for multiple cat and dog collars. When I received my order one of the cat collars was incorrect. I notified Snazzy Fido and they rushed a replacement to me. I will continue to do business with them in the future. Customer service was excellent. I know errors happen, it is how they dealt with the error that will keep me coming back.

We love these collars! Love that you can put the name and yr phone # in case they ever get lost.. and the cost of these collars are so reasonable!!
