Summer has been wearing Snazzy Fido’s dog collars for years. It is soft, washable and doesn’t need any tag. I’ve been keep re-ordering the same collar for many years.

One star but would give none as paid no product sent two months later had active PayPal case and they emailed stating it was on its way and still no contact and no product or refund I ordered. I work hard and every penny counts and they have my money and no order sent or confirmation of delivery etc.. Sad as I was so excited for it for my pet.

We went through two collars for Bernie "Mr. Berns" before l discovered Snazzy Fido. We just ordered two more (with reflectors to keep him safe at night) and continue to be impressed. The quality is top notch and the craftsmanship endures. The prices are reasonable and not too good to be true. They are easy to clean and, with a natural deodorizer rubbed into it after his bath, it keeps Mr. Berns smelling pleasant too. I've referred at least a handful of people to Snazzy Fido when they complimented Mr. Berns on his collar. Lifelong customers here.

I've ordered 5 collars with the name and phone number embroidered on them. They are all very nicely done, high quality and lovely colors. My neighbors also instantly notice the name and phone number on the collar and can immediately call me when my dog goes wandering over. There is no need for them to get too close if they are nervous about a strange dog. Very handy.

We absolutely love our new dog collars. We've been getting them for our pups every couple years, not because they become faulty...only because after a couple years of wearing them 24/7, the colors and personalization fades. Yes, it takes longer for these to arrive, but they are well worth the wait.

I have bought several collars in the past from snazzy Fido. I love the product. They hold up very well. The shipping usually takes about a month but worth the wait to have the dog’s name on the collar.

I saw one of there dog collars and was really impressed. Thought I'd order one for my dog. Was told shipping took a long time, so I knew to expect that. It took about a month for me to get the collar but it was worth it. Love the collar and so good to have information right on the collar

I love this company! Yes the orders come slower probably than some companies, but worth the wait to me. I have ordered 4 total now I believe it is and they all have been so well made and the color contrasts of the color and the print is wonderful. Collars do fade over tme if your pet wears it all the time as mine do, hence why I just ordered another one for my little guy in a diff color. Im very happy with them, and whenever I send off an email asking about a time line or anything else, I always get a quick response!!

Despite the Covid situation which delayed the shipping we are very pleased with the quality of the product. The fasteners, metal and fabric are solid. The customer service was excellent when we experienced delay in shipping.

As with any personalized items, it took a while to get the collar for my newest pup, but the results, as always, were superior. I ordered black with red trim for my black dog . . . spectacular! And, although he's "chipped", it's another layer of safety if he's ever lost. Other interesting items are also slow to arrive, but that's their only snag. Excellent communication and cooperation in the meantime.

Although my order took VERY long due to shipping delays, what can you expect for the extremely affordable pricing of the collars. Honestly, the quality was great and I just hope that in the future they offer an expedited shipping option even if it was to be a cost ontop.

The cat collars that I ordered from Snazzy Fido were very nice, but shipping took about 2 months (after 2 email reminders). This is unreasonable in this day and age. I will be ordering elsewhere in the future.

I ordered two cat collars with personalized embroidery. At first, I had requested too much text and I had an email exchange to correct this that was very timely. Two months later, I realized my collars hadn't arrived. I emailed the company and got a pretty prompt reply. To make it right, they said they would make and send two replacement collars asap. While I was waiting, the first two arrived. I ended up with 4 cat collars.
The shipping with this company is incredibly slow. But the company is real, there are real people providing customer service, and I love the collars.

I wish I had checked this site out before ordering. I ordered one collar, and it took about three months to get it. I liked the collar, and decided I needed to get two more. I didn't check up on the order right away, because I remembered it took quite a while to get the first order. Well, I finally checked, and it's been a year! I have emailed them.
