Don't be fooled. This is not a Texas based company as they claim because they are drop shipping to Texas from the UK . I've been waiting a month almost for a gift. Their response was they ran out of material in Texas so they had to order through their UK office. Buyer beware.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on 2/22. Have not received order or tracking # as stated I would. Contacted via email & was told items shipped & given tracking #. Logged in to USPS to track & it says order is in pre shipment, so they lied to me. Emailed again & they tried to blame the virus outbreak. My order was placed long before that. What a terrible thing to do, try & use this pandemic to their advantage. Will never shop with them & will be contacting the BBB.

I second all the bad reviews. Ordered 2 collars and a seat belt over 7 weeks ago. Nothing. Emails of well wishes and apologies, but still nothing. What can be done???

I ordered 2 collars 7 weeks ago and still havent received them. I keep getting BS run around emails from them. Wish I never ordered them. What a sucky company. Wanted to report them as fraud to the bank but you only have 45 days to do so, but because I get them the benefit of doubt and waited for them to come in, Im out of time. STAY AWAY!!!!!

If you want to actually receive something you order, order elsewhere! I contacted them two weeks after my order to check the status, was told they are busy, and it hadn't shipped yet. I contacted them a month after my order, was told a courier had lost it. They did answer my inquiries promptly. However, if it really was lost, why didn't they notify me of that? To top it off, was told they would replace my order for free (Yippee, you know, the one I already paid for that got lost) BUT minus the shipping this time. I cancelled and demanded a refund.

Ditto on all the lousy reviews. Tons of emails back and forth to a nice front desk girl and yet no collar after a month with no shipping in site.... Will be contacting PayPal with hopes of a refund and looking for a new collar company :(
UPDATE; My order did finally arrive after many months and the dog collars and leashes actually are pretty wonderful quality I must say...too bad their business practices are slow and annoying

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered! Same story as everyone else. Ordered January 4, still have not received. Online it states 1-2 weeks. They emailed me a shipping number that does not exist! Getting ready to cancel my order! So annoyed!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order. Website says products ship in 1-2 weeks. It did not! Then, they told me my product shipped 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order. Fast forward over a month later, still no product received. They said the carrier lost it and could send me another one in a couple of weeks. Really? Not to mention they charge over $5 for shipping! For what? Needless to say I had to cancel my order; pretty confident I would have never received it. Not sure how they are staying in business; suspect they'll go out of business shortly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unable to ship in a timely matter. Web site said 1-2 week shipping. Two and a half weeks later I call and they tell me it will be 1-2 more weeks to ship. I do not believe them. order else where.

I have been waiting 3 MONTHS now and I cannot contact anyone! I’ve reached out multiple times with no response! Seriously?? They had no problem taking money out of my account. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from them again and I just want a refund of my money that I spent to get NOTHING!

I ordered 2 reflective embroidered collars. They’re really nice looking but reason for review is their customer service. They were excellent. Thank you for your help and service 🤗.

I have been ordering from Snazzy Fido for a few years. While the delivery time is not for eager, the embroidered reflective collars are superior. Be patient and you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible shipping. I’ve ordered from them twice and both times I had to contact support to check on the status weeks later. They gave me tracking info. The first time it arrived a few days later. This time it’s been 1 month. Totally not worth the hassle. Will never order from them again.

I just want to say how much pride this company took in making embroidered info on dog collars. Not only were the collars done great but the packaging was all done with much pride. I love how they went the extra mile with the packaging they were mailed in. :-)

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 collars one is to small so you can’t see the phone number and the other one is too wide. Would not refund my money or take them back. The next size would be too big. But why would I need them if you can’t see the phone number. Their logo is taking up all the room. I don’t care about a stupid logo. DO NOT BUY from these folks, you will be disappointed.

Ordered 2 embroidered collars in Nov for Christmas. One red and one in purple. The purple one has faded to a light grey. The red one has not faded at all. Customer Service says both are faded (which is false) and they were ordered in Nov. True we ordered in Nov, but in essence we have only had them for four months. So pretty much their answer is, "Too Bad...So Sad."

I was really looking forward to receiving this collar. It looked so nice in the advertizement. After receiving it I was very happy with appearence and quality but the size large collar that was advertized to fit retrievers--like my lab--was too big. Note to prospective buyers, get the medium if you have a large dog unless you have an 80 lb lab or a Great Dane. The large runs BIG. The collar I received has very minimal adjustment, about two inches. The smallest fitting was still too loose to safely wear. Customer service was receptive to complaint but resolute in denying any responsibility for the poor sizing and were unwilling to offer any fix. I am stuck with a collar bearing my dog's name that doesn't fit my dog.

Great product, but shipping took 8 weeks.

Ive ordered two collars from them. Shipping took awhile but they arrived in great shape. I love how soft they are against my dogs neck.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. False advertisement of 1-2 weeks shipping. I ordered after Christmas so I would not get pushed back due to Christmas orders. When I contacted them online the support tech was aloof and I finally got a possible delivery in 2 weeks which will make that 5-6 weeks not 1-2 weeks. However he would not guarantee that! I have lots of doggie friends and word of mouth can hurt a business.
