I'm very unhappy with this company I ordered seven dog collars from them which cost me $84.82 I ordered them on August 11th they keep giving me the runaround and I've yet to receive them so I'm fixing to turn them in

I've ordered from this company on 3 different occasions and am ordering again today. Yes, the shipping is very slow, but the dog collars are awesome! I use the personalized collar on my dog and it's a lifesaver! I got a phone call one day at work asking if I had a little black dog. Turns out, my pooch had escaped the yard and someone found her and called me using the identifying information sewn into the collar. I order/replace them a few times a year because they are difficult to clean. They are affordable enough to replace when they get really dirty! Just know the shipping is slow.

I placed an order over a month ago and the tracking number is not and they never return my inquiries. They take your money right away and don't fulfill your order. Stay away!!

. I have disputed this charge. Bad company.it's a total fraud,they charged and never sent my article. Through PayPal and was debited immediately, but no product received!

I Placed order on 7/15, emailed on 8/1. No product, no reponse. Thjey Debited my AMEX via paypal. I have disputed this charge. Bad company.

I placed my order 7-06-2017 and today is 08-03-2017 and I have not received anything yet. I emailed them and they did reply but said they are way behind on orders. I checked my order status and it simply states UNFULFILLED. I tried calling them and the line went dead. They deducted the money from my account and that's it. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. I'm feeling very frustrated because of their lack of service after taking my money.

Ordered 2 dog collars with matching leashes on June 21 and still nothing received as of July 31st!!! Emailed them 7/30 and no response received. Paid through PayPal and was debited immediately, but no product received! DO NOT BUY FROM SnazzyFido!!

I wish I had never ordered this item. Have contacted them and do not receive any satisfactory reply. I contacted my PayPal account which the money was taken from and told them I have not received the item. It has been over a month. I will never order anything from this outfit again.

I wish I would have read the other 2 reviews before ordering my dog collar. They didn't have a problem with a quick withdrawal from my Paypal account, but still no dog collar after 3-4 weeks! And I don't like the idea of it being made in China to begin with. I'm going back to Dog ID's and order my collar. Oh, and the other reviewer is correct about customer service. There is NO person to online chat with and there is NO answer at the number listed.

I ordered on January 14, today is February 11. I contacted them on Jan 30, they said, "The suppliers are on the process of making your order and once they are done they will directly send it to your shipping address. The time frame for the production of the personalized product is taking around 2-4 week from your order date as this is being sent by batch of orders. If you have more question, please don't hesitate to contact us. Have a great day!" Still nothing, today is Feb. 11. Do not order from these people unless you're not in a hurry! They immediately charged my card

Nowhere on their site does it mention that the dog collars are made in China and ship directly from China. No customer service. Contacted via email. Took several days to get an answer. Supposedly order was placed and should arrive soon. It has been 25 days and no product, but they charged my credit card the day I ordered. Will never order from this company again. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company.
