The sizing of the winter dog jackets is absolutely rubbish. Ordered a large for my small dog after measuring via the size guide. It was so very small on; her back (only went half way), too tight around the chest /neck etc. Extremely disappointed as the site photos looked great. Have emailed Perfectpaws to claim a refund. Waiting to see if I get a response. Be warned - questionable site. If I could have given no stars I would have.

We ordered the outdoor barking house, it doesn't work at all. Waste of money.

Ordered a harness 2weeks ago still nothing , tracker shows same status for 6 days now and the online contact wanted my credit card to charge me $5 to talk to someone about the issue online ! Don’t order from this company they’re dishonest.

Had to file dispute with my CC and I filed complaint with the BBB.
Scumbags shipped my package to wrong address and won't make good on it.

If i could give zero stars i would. Beware. This site is scam and fraud. I never received my order and their customer service is nonexistent. The service email is incorrect and you never get sn answer. I reported them to my credit card for fraud.

Ordered dog harness which supposed to come with personalised dog tag but never received name tag.
The company has not responded in regards to sending a new tag. Very disappointing with this experience.

DO NOT shop from this website. The quality is very poor and they claim "no pull" harness which is complete rubbish! We have a 1 year old pup who tends to pull and this silly harness has not done anything! They shouldn't be advertising "no pull " as this is totally false. Product is made in China and the same as everything else made from this country - cheap and nasty!

I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before and done my research but I was too excited about getting my new rescue pup all the things she's need before she arrived from Puerto Rico. Ordered the rucksack pet carrier. On the website it shows all these happy people carrying their pets on their fronts. I tried that for 15 minutes and my lower back was in agony and my pet weighs 17 pounds. My physical therapist said the whole premise was a dangerous joke. Then I put the rucksack on my back and my dogs throat was jammed against the head opening. My vet saw it that day and said it wasn't a good, safe product and that it was flimsy and didn't give the dog any support. And of course, they won't take it back because I emailed immediately and it was on the evening of Day 14 since purchase saying I would return it the next morning and you only have 14 days to return the product, and the next day would have been Day 15. They refused. Scammers.

To start off, I tried to be civil. I contacted the company for a refund. They advised me "We are very sorry but our store policy states that we can only refund a product if you have received the wrong item, it is damaged before use, or it has not been delivered within 60 days". That's fine. Technically it was not broken. But, the manufacturing defects, subpar materials and poor quality should count for something.
1st-the Velcro strap is installed backwards. So, the tail of the strap is against the body and it's impossible to use.
2nd-If the strap were installed correctly, the slot it goes through is too small to put the strap into it.
3rd-the Velcro strap is hard and would chafe the puppy if it were usable.
4th-I ordered the extra small. The name tag does not fit on the harness
5th-the harness itself looks like my 5 year old granddaughter put it together
I could go on. But, I think the story is clear. DO NOT BY THE HARNESS FROM THE PERFECT PAW STORE!

Bought a product that is too small for my dog. When I ask to exchange it for the next larger size I was told I needed to buy another one and that returning the one that was too small didn't guarantee I would even get my money back. So I would basically be paying for 2 items at $34.99 each. This is totally not acceptable. I am basically stuck now with an item I can not use.

I ordered a harness back in February 2024. I never received. I sent several emails, because there is no customer service number, got responses that they were looking into it. I ended up putting in a dispute with my credit card company and they claim it got delivered. DO NOT order from them.

Waste of money. I purchased the “indestructible” dinosaur toy and it lasted all of maybe 10 minutes before being ripped apart. I have tried to contact the company with no success and they have deleted my review of the product twice!

I order a Doggy Rucksack for my 7 pound Yorkie. The product said it would fit dogs up to 9 pounds. Unfortunately it is so small it would probably only fit a dog under 5 pounds. I sent the company an email asking for the next size up as an exchange once they got the "un-used" product back. The computer generated response on their website told me to buy another one and maybe they would give me my money back once they got the other one back. I don't think this would be very smart of me to do since I would most likely be stuck with two products for $34.99 and I am not sure what I will end up with at this point. You don't tell customers to buy another product as this was a red flag so I googled up the company and found this site. Their sizes are false and I cannot use this product. I sent them another email just asking for my money back at this point and will be calling my bank in the morning, and the BBB and posting what happened on my Facebook Page. I just want my money back at this point. Don't be playing stupid games. Send me a shipping label and I will gladly return the un-used product.

Ordered item March 10 2024. Bought the dog collar with dogs name and phone number. Received item on March 19 2024. Item was shipped from China. Collar seems to be pretty durable. No issues so far.

The absolute worst service. The company is a fraud. They delivered my package to the wrong STATE!! No one would respond to my emails. There is no phone contact!! They are a FRAUD!

Scammers! Ordered product a month ago. Customer service is useless. They will lie to you about shipment updates. Chinese company but their website shows London. False advertisement. Do NOT purchase!
