My blood is boiling

My blood is boiling, I paid $55 for a pair of shoes that look nothing like the photo in which I ordered from and are cheaply made of a solid sole that doesn't bend, and paper uppers that are not conducive to actually wearing. They're worth like $5. I'm pissed beyond belief and now the company has removed the listing and I can't get hold of them for a refund.

my poor 98 year old

my poor 98 year old grandma bought an item from this site. instead of receiving her intended items she got a bag full of toenail clippings with some sort of white goey substance on them. She was in such shock she nearly had a heart attack. so we emailed the site and they told my poor sweet grandma that she was a old hag who shouldn’t be ordering a pet bed for herself and that she will die before she gets the bed. She is sadden and upset and will never buy anything online again i hope your happy.

SCAM!!!!! After countless emails they have completely blocked me off and gone silent when I asked for a refund as the product I received was NOT what I was after! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They disgusting and disrespectful.

Cu Jia Trade PO Box6014 Chullora NSW1405

I purchased and have just received 4 rechargeable Electric Tooth Calculus Removal Tools. One of them fell apart as I lifted it out of its box, The break revealed there to be a pencil lead thick clear plastic spine which is caused to vibrate and passes the vibrations to a pointed "needle" type tip at the head of it. I used one that was working. You hold the needle vibrotip onto your tooth enamel so that vibrations act to "shatter" calculus build up. Well...it works in a fashion on very minor calculus buildup, but not on really caked up calculus such as builds up behind lower front teeth. I thought using it would save me from a painful dental oral cleaning.....IT WON'T ! The Sales pitch used by the company is persuasive..especially the "Buy two get one free" come-on. At best it's a toy and You will definitely need your Dentist to do a proper job for you. Having read the scam reports about CuJia, I won't bother trying to get a refund on the broken one. LESSON LEARNED.....and YOU now stand warned about them!

That was behind this scam of Petpend is also behind Charge Boost .
I just received my charge boost today and its absolute rubbish.

You can find a heap of websites and reviews on ChargeBoost. Its the same company behind Petpend.

Hopeless service, terrible communication. No info on progress of purchSe chain information

Purchased a harness from PetPend on the 18th October. Have written 4 emails to follow up. Standard automated email saying they will look into it. No response. I am frustrated that I cannot talk to anyone about my purchase or even where it is in the supply chain. Hopeless organisation.

Have taken other posters advice and lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading

Shocking. Claiming to be an Australian company, but is from China. Yes anyone can get an ABN and then claim to ve Australian. Put in a claim as not received my item. Stay away. Dishonest rubbish company.

So disappointed and will never order from this company again! Been waiting 3 months for our order to arrive and after emailing them 4 times now to see if they can look into where our order is there’s no reply except for an automated reply saying they’ve received the email!

Shocking service

Shocking service, don’t ever buy from this company. Still waiting for my product to arrive, it’s been 20 days and still no product. Website said “expect delivery within 4-6 days once order was accepted”. My order didn’t even leave the warehouse until I had emailed them twice which was 12 days after date of order. My order says it’s been “in transit” for 8 days now. It’s only coming from Underwood to the Gold Coast, a 30 minute drive away!! Company are not returning my emails now.

Cu Jia Trade are a dodgy company

Cu Jia Trade are a dodgy company, like everyone else here says, posing as an Aussie company and pretending to use Aus Post. My product was of the poorest quality, alot smaller than stated and took 1 over 6 weeks to arrive.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

VERY POOR SERVICE

Hi Chelsea,

This is incorrect information.

I emailed Chloe on the 27th of September after I placed the order on the 21st of September.

I wasn't not provided with any tracking details - no link, just a tracking number.

Chloe then informed me to allow up to 4 business days from order confirmation to dispatch. Still no tracking on link 3 days later

Chloe then emailed 30th September - 9 days after purchase

"I will personally look into this for you with our warehouse team.

Please continue to monitor the tracking link within 72 hours, if it doesn't update, let us know right away."

Can I please cancel this order?

It's taking too long considering its been over 7 days.

I am in desperate need of this and it would be quicker for me to purchase instore.

I let her know the order needed to be cancelled - she then informed me once I received the item as it cannot be canceled whilst in transit i could organise a refund.

This is completely unacceptable. I didn't change my mind - I needed to attend to my pets' health immediately. Your item has taken 3 weeks to be delivered when I had requested it to be cancelled.

Chloe has no sense or urgency about this and continues to ignore the majority of my emails everyday.

Your website states a return policy - this isn't for change of mind - this is for poor communication and no tracking on the order. I don't think It's right to wait 3 weeks for an order with no tracking.

Could i please have a refund - more than happy to return the product as it hasn't been opened.

APPALLED! ARROGANT and USELESS customer service

Ordered a backpack for carrying my puppy - it only arrived after one month. Plenty of back and forth emails between me Olivia and Chloe to find out where my item where. It eventually arrived. I bought a large but by the time the backpack arrived, my puppy outgrown it. I made contact again and requested an exchange only to be advised by Olivia to send a photo of the backpack, proof of size on packaging and SKU and take a measurement of my puppy.. OMG! honestly do I have to do all of this to request a consideration for an exchange to an XL? Send through all the details and was told all the measurements are on their website - basically they are telling that I am at fault.. FYI - I did check the measurements but not my fault my dog grew in a months time and not fitting in backpack anymore. Totally appaling service - and huge lack of timeous correspondence - they take forever or IGNORE you - DONT buy from Petpend - you will end up more frustrated and humiliated by this useless company..

Contact ACCC

Bought a harness, had it less than a week and the clasp snapped. Contacted customer service and didn’t get a reply for 3 weeks so sent another email. I was told I had it over a week so they would not replace. Contacted the ACCC and they are well aware of Petpend! I would suggest everyone contacting their local to report issues as they are being helpful with my complaint.

I wish I had read these before I ordered. No communication, or they tell u to check tracking number that goes nowhere, or apparently "Olivia" is checking personally with the wearhouse! Well someone should send out a search party for Olivia cos I haven't heard nothing!
