Snazzy Fido Avis 

These are my favorite collars for our dog. After losing two sets of tags I wanted a collar with my number woven in. Really nice to lose the jingle. We keep the tags at home. These are beautiful. I got a medium first but had to adjust it all the way small for our 32 ib short hair medium size dog. Now we have two small collars which are less bulky and fit just right. I change them when we give her a bath and they go in the washing machine. Yes, they take a long time to ship. They must be coming from China. You have to order it and forget about it for awhile. But the quality and the price are great.

Ordered three dog collars a month ago and finally received them yesterday. Two of the collars had the same dogs name on them. How stupid can you be who would order two collars with same dogs name on it. I’ve been in contact with this company for a month first trying to find where my order was it took two weeks to ship from New York to Florida and now to complain about the wrong collar they are resending the correct collar hopefully but have offered nothing for the aggravation I will never order from them again

Over a month and still no collars. Wow, I had ordered from them back when they were a new company and the service was much better. Now I think they are just too big to handle their orders. I will never order from them again, that's for sure.

Although no one has been rude, but it is now been over a year since I have ordered my collars and I still do not have them. I have been assured several times they are on their way. Then I’m told they were lost in the mail and new ones are being made. Then some how they are lost in the mail again. Ordered on Nov 9 2017 today Nov 26. 2018 they finallynoveres a refund. They should be refunding my money and sending the collars.

Terrible experience twice with this company, errors in delivery address that they claimed to have delivered to, which is impossible because the address they say accepted the delivery does not exist. And truly who would want personalized collars with the wrong phone number, when I said I should have kept my business local they sent a thumbs up emoji, stupid because I also am a dog sitter and work at a rescue so they also miss out on any referral business from me in the future.👍🏻

I was unaware that their products shipped from China. I placed and order on 9/26/18 that was supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks. I contacted them 10/15/18 and my order was still in process. Today is 10/26/18 and STILL has not been prepped for shipping. I ordered a toy box for my puppy and a collar. I can understand two weeks to create and ship the collar, but THIRTY days for toys to be shipped??? I am so very disappointed. I am trying to have my money returned through paypal. Had I known the product was coming from out of the country, I would not have ordered. I am telling everyone not to use this company

This company does not stand behind their product! I ordered a collar that could not be adjusted. The description did not indicate this and when I received, it was too big and unusable. Their response was "I'm sorry, but you received what you ordered"... BTW, the collar shipped from China and they have a "100% Satisfaction" seal on their website.

A bunch of cheats. I ordered two collars on July 21 2018. There is a phone number on the website which never answers. I wish i had read the reviews on internet before ordering. I was in a rush as we were moving and I wanted my dogs to wear the collar before move. After two weeks of no sign I contacted them and they told me it’s going to take two more weeks. I hurriedly ordered these from amazon and they were delivered the next day. I contacted them again after three weeks they told me it was shipped. After four weeks I contacted them again and they said the order is lost! I asked them for order number and the name of the courier company they did not reply! I put a dispute with my bank and here I am warning the customers not to order with Snazzy Fido.

This is my 6th collar and snazzyfido never disappointed me each time! I absolutely LOVE their collars! I got my latest collar in 3 weeks which is excellent! Will keep ordering and recommending them to my friends!

I am still waiting for the two collars I ordered. When you email them they outright lie to you.

We've ordered from them twice. The first was a fine experience receiving two personalized dog collars within only a few weeks. I ordered one collar on February 24 and received it today, April 12 after two different emails to the company. When I got the tracking number, I saw that it was still in China. I didn't realize that's where it was coming from . The ones from a few years ago were very high quality. Since this one has just been received, I'm not sure. It LOOKS good. Time will tell.

I ordered a collar for my niece's dog over a month ago and they charged my credit card right away but it has been over a month and they gave me a shipping number from United States Post office and it says it is going to be delivered to the US Post Office for over a week. When you order the product it says it will arrive within 2-4 weeks and it has been over 4 weeks and I have nothing. I won't order from this company again unless I don't mind waiting for months and months to get the product. Don't order from this company! I won't do it again!

I bought 4 premium collars that were personalized. It took 2 months to get them and when they arrived they were all too big. I had purchased some a couple of years ago, but they fell apart pretty quickly. I thought I would give them another chance but obviously made a mistake. Whe I called them about the size issues they said "there was nothing they could do but if I decided to reorder then they would take off the shipping charge." I don't think that was acceptable so I WILL NO LONGER purchase their products that are made in China,

This company appears to now be a Scam. I ordered a collar and leash about a year ago and loved it. I was completely satisfied. In January 2018, I ordered another collar and leash. The collar arrived but was a mess. The information embroidered on the collar was not what I ordered. The color was stitched improperly so it was impossible to put on my dog. When I complained through their helpdesk, and requested a refund, a service ticket was opened. Two days later the service desk had closed the ticket with no action. All of my calls and emails since have been ignored. When I try to check on the status of the service ticket, I get a message that I am not allowed to access the page. Something has happened to this company and now it is a Scam.

I ordered two of their super premium collars with leashes. I could not get any information from the company about my order, or talk to anyone about a refund, other than a canned email that the order was in process. After nearly two months, I finally got the collars. One was correct and the other was for a dog that belongs to someone else. I was finally able to get someone at the company to answer the phone and he told me they would send out another collar, but hung up before asking for any information about who I was or the dogs name. I finally tried texting the phone number on the wrong collar and the person responded that I did have her collar and she had mine. We exchanged information and mailed the correct collars to each other. I still have not received the collar that I was told they would send and doubt that I will since they don't know who calIed them. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero stars.
On the plus side, the collars are very nice and when light hits them in the dark, they show up very brightly and you can't miss them. Unfortunately, the quality of the product does not make up for the time it takes to get them if you get them at all and the terrible service. They are very unprofessional and can't even send the right collars to the correct owners.
I recommend that you never order anything from this company.

I placed an order January 4,2018 after 3weeks of hearing nothing I've been trying to contact them regarding Order i received one email saying it still in progress i have since sent several emails with no response i believe this company is fake and it's all a scam to get your money and card numbers please beware DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPMANY I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I think anyone who has same problem should Do so as well let's get them.shut down and make them liable for our money i will not stop until I either receive my order or get a FULL REFUND I've also tried calling the phone number listed and guess what THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY CALLS AT THIS TIME HOW ODD

Ordered three collars over a month before Christmas to give ample time for the busy season. Their website says allow 2 weeks for shipping. Here we are nearly 8 weeks later and still no collars. I have sent several emails without a reply, although it states they will reply within 24 hours.

Very frustrated and highly disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them. They have my money and I have no product.

Snazzy Fido deducted money from my bank account on November 12th. I was told my collars would be here in two weeks. We celebrated Christmas with our Children Dec. 10th. No gifts for the granddogs. I try to email them to see the status of my order and they say they have no order with the number they gave me....#US104945. No one should trust this company. I am not the only one with this problem. Perhaps we should all get together and file a major lawsuit against them. I am on a fixed income and could not buy another gift for the dogs. If the items were going to take a while, they should notify the customers and give them shipping updates.

Ordered from Snazzyfido and never received. They do not answer your request to research payment or order. They do not answer phone to complain. They do not send. Do not use this sight it is not a good experience. Karen Holmquist

Took awhile to get my order but its great quality and large enough for my bulldog's neck. Love the collar.
