DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Buyer beware. This company will not ship out your items after you order them. I placed an order on 10/24/24. I’ve sent several emails requesting the status of my shipment. I have yet to receive a reply. A label has been created in Edison, NJ since 10/27/24 and still no movement. This company is ripping people off and taking their hard earned money. If you do decide to take a leap of faith and order from them do so through PayPal. Therefore, it will be easier to get your money back. You have been warned. Order at your own risk.

I ordered a beaded black jacket in a 4X. I went up a size to make sure it fit. Based on the measurements, it should have fit with some extra room in it. The jacket was too small. It felt like a Large instead of a 4X. I contacted the company, in China, for a return label. They told me that they would give me a $10.00 gift card to keep it. I told them no, because I paid $80.00 plus and it was on sale. They finally got the gift card up to $30.00. I told them that was unacceptable. They told me that I could send it back to them and when they received it they would give me a full refund. The return would be at my expense to China. I told them this was unacceptable. I have received no more communication from them. The jacket did not look like what I saw on the model. It looked cheap. DO NOT purchase anything from this company unless you do not want it to fit you and you do not want to have your money refunded. I will NEVER order from them again. My rating for them is in the negative stars.

Scam-
I ordered a dress which looked nothing like the social media video. No label or tag on the item. Cheap material. When I contacted their customer service I was told I would have to pay the shipping costs. This company is in China. they said they would refund me when they received the returned product. They said I could just give it to a friend and they would issue a $10.00 refund.

Still waiting on pants I ordered 9/7/24...today is 10/26/24...I sent an email to complain...I got an email saying it was on back order...then another email 2 days after saying it was sent...still nothing yet...the blocked me on Facebook for commenting on reviews about how I did receive my item

I purchased a pair of pants from this company and needed to return them for a refund. All within the policy guidelines. However, when I asked to return them, I was asked to keep them at a minimum charge and they would send me another pair. I declined this offer and requested again for return info and learned that I would need to return them to “China” with a possible extra charge and not until their China counterpart receives the item would I receive a refund. No place in their Refund Policy it this mentioned. It is implied the process is easy.

Ordered a dress in August and noticed the shipping never moved. Contacted them and they said it was on back order so I requested a refund because they had no idea when it would be in.

As of today they still never shipped the dress and have my money.

Please dont order from Snazzyin Clothing. It's a scam. How they get by with it, i don't know. I ordered a cute sweater, that didn't fit, zipper tonic top with no inside tag on it. Very cheap material. Didn't hold its shape after washing. I contacted them becuz i wanted to return the sweater, remind you they claim that their company is in Seattle, but why did they tell me that i can keep the sweater, because it would be to expensive to return?LIES!!! I would have to pay $18.00 for them to resend me a different size. I don't think so!!! Don't waste your money on that trash from China.

I ordered a sweatsuit over two weeks ago haven’t received it and can’t contact anyone $59.00

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I order the Khloe jeans with pearls. They look like SHEIN jeans, which I don’t like..they are shaped oddly. It’s really long from waist to crotch. $65 for SHEIN jeans basically and it had NO tags attached! They are not straight leg, they are boot cut. Never again!

Buyer Beware:

First this item ships from outside the USA.

The size was not as stated. Item runs 2 sizes to small. For me to return the item I would have to pay to ship back China. If I did not wish to do that they offered to refund me a whopping $10 to date I have not even received that.

I would advise anyone not to order from this website. The outfits I ordered were of low quality and irregular sizing. I contacted them for a refund, I have to send these items all the way to CHINA postage paid by me of course. This is terrible customer service and should be illegal. I don’t know how they are able to keep getting away with this. This clothing is a misrepresentation of what is being ordered/sent. They should not be allowed to do business as such. I’m just sick of it!

I ordered about $300 worth of clothing I received the clothing and the material is not worth of damn. I emailed them the same day I received my order asking for a return on my order except 3 items they emailed me back with a paragraph for an address to China went to the post office to mail it back and it cost me $85 just to ship it back the tracking says it arrived in China on July 1st it is now July 26th and I still have not received no refund I emailed them again and they told me once they receive it the refund will follow and till this day I still have not gotten no refund nor a response to if they even received the items even tho the tracking says it’s in China keep in mind they gave me an option to keep the items and give them to a friend and they would refund me in Chinese money I guess but I told them NO I would like my refund and in U.S. dollars

I finally received my order today 7/24/24. The order was placed on 7/3/24. I ordered 4 dresses and only received 3. No reply back from customer service even though I emailed them several times. The dresses are cheaply made and ill fitting. Most likely to donate them

I ordered from this site via Instagram on June 9, 2024, but I have not received my order. This site is a SCAM and do not order anything from this site.

I ordered from them on 6/12/24! Package was out for delivery on 6/26/24! Tracking then said insufficient address! Contacted the post office and the mailing label is fraudulent and under investigation! They messaged me back and referred me back to tracking! They have not answered me back! DON’T DO IT!!

Do NOT order anything from this company. I received a two piece outfit that looked nothing like the online image. The material was completely different and it could fit a toddler. When I reached out for a refund, they offered to send another for $18! Who does that? The other option was to send it to China to get a refund when the return address on the package is in Maryland. I will be posting this anywhere I see their advertisement.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would have given them zero stars, but I had to pick one. Purchased a pair of jeans that were $69. I read their return policy that said I'm entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving item. I wear a 16 which is usually a 1x but per their size chart, I should select a 2X. Received item from an address in NY. In order to get a refund, I had to email them (red flag). They sent me an address to return to China and I would be responsible for shipping. No where on their refund policy states that you would have to ship items back to China which we all know is expensive, probably more than the item itself. I should be able to return it to the address it was shipped from in NY which would be a lot less expensive. They also advised that I could just given the item to a friend and they would refund me $10.00. Emailed them back that their refund was not acceptable. They then offered me a $30.00 refund which was their final offer. BAD BUSINESS! I had no choice but to accept that and keep an item that I cannot wear. To say that i am LIVID is an understatement. Do not support this business. They should state that their items have to be returned internationally instead of the address it was shipped from. They don't reveal that info because they know consumers would not buy from them.
