Snoredoc Avis 

Like the majority it seems, if I'd prefer to give SnoreDoc less than 1 star. On the third night my SnoRemover broke apart - offering me the joy of a potentially lethal choking hazard. I immediately emailed the company - with a photo of the offending article - but they genuinely don't seem to care in the least. So much for a 'no quibble' moneyback guarantee. No reply and no sign of a refund. (PS: the noted 'info@' email address for SnoreDoc doesn't appear to exist, TP.)

No star if I could, this product was awful, 1 bought 2, tried 1 and it made me gag and could not have it in my mouth for 1 minute, emailed customer service, and was told to return by Paul Jones
Customer Care Specialist. I returned both, 1 used and 1 still boxed, I paid extra postage with tracking, and my return was signed for the next day. The last email I had from them was 9 days ago. I have phoned and only got an answer phone message, I left a message, I have messaged them on Facebook, 2 days ago, its not even been read yet
Customer service is awful, be warned if you need to return, so far £70 out off pocket

Worst device ever, too big and only after one night using it has cut my gums due to how hard and sharp the plastic is in the ends. I paid for next day delivery and didn’t get the product until 5 days after purchasing online. STAY AWAY from this company.

Unfortunately didn't work for me did get a quick response from Paul in customer services sent the item back by recorded delivery on 2nd January and chased up my refund yesterday and money was in my account today thank you Paul

If I could give less than one star, I would return this device after three days requested a refund. I have heard nothing a month later. I am still chasing they say that they have produced a refund but not to me. Nothing appears in my bank account no proof provided of anything sent cheque or otherwise feel foolish that I have fallen for a scam where I’ve been robbed of £47 😡
Save yourself the discomfort I’ve put in something in your mouth at night time that causes you to gag and choke. do not buy. Avoid this company.

Still waiting for a refund several weeks after it was promised. Appalling service. Do not use

I bought this device for my partner, the same night after using it came apart, I have called, emailed and left messages as I wanted to returned this not for a refund but for an exchange going on 2 weeks, I also paid extra for next day delivery, I got it 4 days later, absolutely disgusting all messages ignored. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Only three nights in, but my boyfriend can finally sleep! I'm used to wearing a retainer for my braces, so I don't know if that helped. It definitely feels a bit weird initially, and you have to take care with the initial moulding and ensure it's a good fit. It's easy enough, but you do have to read the instructions. It's not massively glamorous, but we may have been looking at separate bedrooms without this, so...

Device did not work at all - no improvement.
It also fell out several nights, despite re-adjusting.
My partner has found two teeth have become extremely sensitive and has since seen a dentist, they have advised the mouth guard may have caused the teeth to move.
Awaiting a response to my refund request, The website states you will hear back from them within 24 hours, no questions asked but so far that is not the case. No response. No answer to calls either.
Overall I would not recommend the product nor service.
