Very good service my only issue is one of my puts of snus came and when I opened it there were 4 snus split open and the powder had got on the rest of them

Absolutely terrible. Sold to my 15year old son and when I complained and asked to return them they blamed me for not putting restrictions in place on my sons phone!, and said they don’t accept returns! My son suffers with anxiety and depression and uses this terrible stuff to give him a nicotine high! This company should be able to stop these underage children from using these websites and also have some compassion in place for struggling parents, trying to keep their children safe, but instead they fobbed me off and ignored him.
