I placed a massive order of about 45 cans of pouches and my package went MIA and was sent back to the sender after about waiting 20 days for it to arrive to the U.S. Sophie over at customer support was very professional as I addressed the issue and sent me a replacement package right away. A recent order from Snus Life never arrived and was returned to the sender for an unknown reason. I assume it was a USPS/customs issue. I reached out to Sophie with Snus Life and she gave me credit for another order, and even took into account that my previous order was discounted because of a promo. A++ to Sophie for quick responses and exceptional customer service!

Lost delivery of $100 plus
I ordered from here a couple of months ago and it took about 10 business days to receive items. I put in an order in November and it got lost in the mail. I reached out and the customer service is working with me to get another order. in store credit or a refund.

Unfortunate that my shipping keeps getting delayed but I know it’s not their fault as they helped me very much to get an update on my order what’s going on and helping me get store credit for the unshipped items. Rickey and Sophie were amazing help and emailed me back almost daily when I was having issues with my orders

Im working in Utqiağvik, Alaska, the end of the earth. I order packages in bulk and for some reason the package was returned. Sophie was very professional in handling my issue and had another package in delivery the same week I notified Snuslife of the problem. Thank you Sophie!
