Never received my order after numerous complaints via email and instagram seems they don’t want to sort the problem

I only got half my order last time and they were all the wrong flavor so I might’ve got the wrong order

Love the company, been buying from snushaven for about a month now and it’s a game changer. I recently got into higher mil snus and being able to order them in bulk is really helpful. Overall love the company and the quality of product they have, can’t wait to order again soon as my stock is running low.

I placed an order from Snushaven through TikTok on 30 march 2026, but I did not receive my package. I contacted support but did not get a response. Very disappointed with the service.

cancelled my expensive order 5 months ago and they still refuse to give me my refund and customer service has started ghosting me. terrible company

its been almost a month since i ordered 130$ with shipping and i haven’t received an update and when i reached out for customer support they did not help

the price (which was mine main concern) was reasonable according to the average price in my country. I'm from Italy and The delivery took only 5 days. The product was perfect (it was 5 cans of siberia). I would say that snusheaven it's worth it expecially if you make use of the special offers.

Honestly it took 5 days to get my tubs . Everthing is good and in perfect condition and 5 days of shipping to the US is amazing . And Kopan did great with the Haven Grape Cola . Snushaven is the Goat and I’m already ordering more. This is also my 4th order .

Het pakket is snel bezorgd binnen 3 dagen , ook kreeg ik updates van wat er met het pakket gebeurt. Mijn snus is ook helemaal in goede conditie aangekomen

I ordered like 2 months ago and wait a while for my package then I saw it got sent back , so I texted them and it took like 2 weeks for them to respond and they finally sent it back and I finally got my package after like 2 -3 months and not all the snus I ordered were in the package, pls get in contact with me to send me the missing snus that was not in my package. Thank you

I ordered 4 packs of some snus and they did not deliver and its been 3 weeks i talked to a support team member who said they would refund my order in no more than 10 days well its been well over that this company is msotly a scam

I received my order #28162 6th December, but it turned out to be open. Only two items from the entire order were delivered, the rest are missing. The Royal Mail photo shows that the parcel was opened before it was received. Support doesn’t answer me.

I ordered around a month ago and it said my order was returned back to the sender, I tried to contact customer support and no answer. I spent almost $70 to receive nothing. Hoping for a reshipment.
