5 stars isnt enough 🥰 for someone that works in customer service you really need to praise the ones that go the extra mile would highly recommend this shop contacted them regarding an item that was out of stock and was notified and kept upto date until item was back in stock just received my order and can honestly say the service i received was fantastic👌 very helpful answered every message i sent also added in a extra little gift to my order my son will be one happy little boy on his birthday will 100% be using this shop again ❤️

Very quick to dispatch and deliver once I placed my order. Everything was well packaged, with items individually wrapped - both the box and wrapping paper have cute designs on them. Also received a free gift and lovely personal thank you message alongside my items!

Have ordered several popmart items from this site. Every one has been genuine and decently priced. The seller included a handwritten thank you note and a little gift with each order I've placed. They've always been delivered quickly and well packaged. I can't recommend this seller enough. Excellent service that makes you want to use them again and again.

I've been shopping with socutemart since they were on etsy and I have never had a bad experience. The seller communication is fantastic and delivery is always within timeframe given. My most recent purchase came in a timely manner and as always was well wrapped and protected.

Cannot fault them
I now finally have a Labubu that is 100% legitimate! Everything was brilliant from communication to receiving my order. There was even a personalised message from them and a free gift which was really sweet. Cannot fault this shop at all, will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you !!
