Best Experience Ever
We have been in several stores looking for a new sofa. Our final store was to Sofa Superstore on the Middlebrook Park in Bolton. We were free to browse without pushy sales staff. Then Michelle came to us to enquire if we needed help on what we were looking for. We pointed out a couple of sofas we liked. I have to say Michelle has so much knowledge of this industry. She was so friendly, honest and open with us regarding all aspects of our interested sofas from make up, available options, delivery times and after sales. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the Bolton store. We have planned to go back to seal a deal with Michelle, a lovely lady.

Lauren in the Bolton store helped us today and gave excellent advice to make an informed decision. Measuring now done so will be back in to see Lauren to place our order over the next couple of days. Thank you Lauren.

Was Sofa shopping for ideas as due to move within the next few months, popped into the Bolton store and was greeted by Michelle.she gave excellent knowledge of products and availability. No push for a sale just excellent service unlike other stores on the park. When I am ready I will be back to see Michelle 👍

Went into sofa superstore after searching endless shops to not find what i was looking for. Was greeted by Michelle at bolton to be told about the made to measure bespoke furniture. After a great service we found exactly what we wanted. Cant wait for delivery and thanks Michelle for everything. Will recommend

Myself and my partner visited the Horwich store today, we were greeted by Lauren, she was super friendly and knowledgeable! Everything was explained and she guided us through the process of choosing our new sofa. We decided on the Shelby and can’t wait for it to arrive.

Gary was 10/10 in helping us choose what we wanted to a tee. Excellent member of staff.

We purchased our sofa in December along with the warranty. Had a slight delay with the sofa being delivered however we still had it before Christmas which we were very happy with. We didn't get the care package which came with the warranty at that time and have had 4-5 month delay getting this. I will say the staff have been very helpful and today we went into store and collected it. Spoke with Immy and Lauren in the bolton store who got everything sorted for us and couldn't have been more accommodating to us.
I would have scored 5* if it wasn't for the delay which is why its a 4 however if the score is based on staff alone then they would have a 5. Thank you

We Ordered our first home sofa which was promised to be delivered in 6-8 weeks!! We are now on our 11th week and been fobbed on 3 times this week when visiting the shop to raise the issue! Then to have a call from there delivery depot that they can't find our sofa! Absolute joke off a company.

Superb service from start to finish at the Middlebrook store Bolton. Excellent prices and ordering was easy . Very flexible delivery times offered. Michelle dealt with my order and is great asset to the company.

Initially this company was fine to deal with but after delivery it’s been a nightmare. The delivery guys put our sofa together incorrectly and we were also sent the wrong cushions. We asked for the domed premium cushions but they delivered the flat, hard cushions which are really uncomfortable. We’ve called, emailed and left messages for the services team with no response from them which is awful for a sofa we spent nearly £3k on. Would not recommend buying from here because if something goes wrong, it’s very difficult to sort it out.

Joanne was brilliant when it comes to knowledge of the sofas and was very kind and friendly, had a really nice Tim sorting out my sofa with her.
