I never received the product after numerous emails. I ordered the product 3 weeks ago and they refuse to issue me a Refund.

I wish there was a way to give this company zero stars. This is the worst company ever. I ordered a wig an the wig arrived looking like a child cut it. The wig was badly butchered! It was uneven and not the correct length. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. I purchased a $250 wig and they said they would only give me a refund of only $30. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It arrived in like a week. Seller was super nice and communicative. I was surprised honestly because of everything I heard about this web. I got a 20inch 13x4 piano wig

The hair came in about a week, but my only complaint is that it didn’t really live up to the 150% density. Overall, it’s very nice though.

My wig was really course like baby doll hair ! The wig was very then ! When I asked for a refund they refused saying they will give me a discount for my next purchase . .

Do not buy from them. I ordered a 10in bob wig and it looks more of an 8in. The wig is super thin and the wig has uneven choppy lengths. It looks like they just took some scissors and was just cutting the wig to the supposed 10in length. Some areas are longer and shorter then others. I emailed the seller and they told me someone will get back to me and they didn’t. It’s been almost a month and still have heard from them. This was my first time ordering from this company and my last time!! Not worth the money!!

Buyer Beware!!!! Upon arrival shampoo/ condition wig due to corvid precautions soon as wig hit warter beautiful orange color filled sink most all color bled out leaving parts of wig blondish color rest very light faded ugly orange color was not the brand of shampoo/ conditioner I always use Pantene products for colored was so mad just threw wig away by the way was not straight hair it was a wavy pattern this seller is a ripoff don’t let what happen to me be you! look for straight ginger wig you was warned

This company will steal your money. It has been almost a month and 2/3 wigs were returned and no one has refunded me back my money.

The shipping time was excellent but the wig is very poor quality it has split end hairs all over the wig especially where the hair has been bleached, I will never purchase a wig from this company again. All of the people I showed this wig says it's very poor quality nothing looks natural about it
