Sofology - Doncaster Avis 

We came to the store 3 times before we made our decision and there was no pressure but the staff we there should we need them and when we finally decided the ordering and help from gary was very good .

i wasn't pestered or pressured, i was encouraged to try out the furniture the lady that helped was knowledgeable and very helpful

The customer service was top notch. The sales representative went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided exceptional service throughout the process.

We had a very positive experience from Tracey, she gave great customer service and advice that was very friendly.

Excellent service all staff very helpfull

This has been an absolute mess from the moment I left the store. I ordered 2 items of which one was Clearance and due to be delivered sooner. But sofology kept insisting I paid the balance for 2 items , the latter I wasnt to receive for another 11 weeks.
Several phone calls later and it was agreed that I could pay the balance for the first item and not the second. However I have now had delivery organised on 3 separate dates and the delivery department keep blocking it due to owing on the second item.
Absolute mess and no department communicates with each other despite there being a "ticket" with all this information on it.
Despite offering to pay the balance for the 1st item several times , no one can take payment as its a weekend. So the delivery is cancelled again.
My advise! If you buy more than one item...put them as separate order numbers so as not to confuse them!
Won't be buying from them again.

Excellent range, informative display with options of fabric and colour, staff were friendly and helpful, not pushy.
Gary was the sales guy, he was great with us, told us all the information and processes.

Staff were all super friendly! They were great at helping us choose our sofa as it’s a big money buy so you want it to be right. Really helped with helping us with the selection we made. Also they were amazing with our young kids. As kids can be kids and get over excited then bored.

I was given time and space to look at all ranges. Once ready I was given answers to all queries and at no time felt pressured. I felt my needs were more important than the sale.

Tracy helped us with choosing fabric and order very knowledgeable from ordering to delivery times, nothing was too much trouble exceptional service and keen to help and put us at ease thank you
