We recently visited Sofology at Doncaster to choose our new sofa. Each staff member we spoke to was very friendly and welcoming.
Gary helped us when it came to choosing our sofa, he explained all the different options we could have with the sofa and what extras we could choose including the sofashield insurance cover.
Gary was very professional and a great help to us and kindly stayed later then the shop opening times as we thought the store was open later then it was. So I just wanted to say a big thank you to him for doing that and helping us choose our lovely new sofa. Thank you again.

Having gone into store to it took face to face and several telephone calls to sort. Very stressful.

We came into the Doncaster store half…
We came into the Doncaster store half an hour before closing and the young manager couldn’t be more helpful and friendly
We knew what sofa we liked and it was in store to try out in the colour we liked too
The quality was fantastic for the price and super comfy ! We were sold !
He wasn’t rushing us and we sorted the order out before closing

The only thing I’m disappointed with is the very expensive delivery charge we spent over £2000 and I certainly didn’t expect to be charged £127 for delivery very disappointed this is my second sofa from here and I won’t be using you again.

Our delivery charge covers a specialist two-person service, including room of choice delivery, careful placement of your furniture in your home, and removal of all packaging so everything is left tidy. From the moment we entered the store until the sofa was delivered, everything went perfectly. The staff were very friendly, and we would like to thank Paulina for all the information, explanations, and patience she showed us throughout the process. The service, quality, delivery, and sofa assembly were all excellent. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this store.

Me and partner came in after being let down by a previous company. We spoke to Aaron who was very very helpful and helped us pick a sofa that we would get asap as we were left without a sofa…
The delivery drivers the fetched it were very friendly and managed to get it in no problem in a matter of 30 minutes!
