Great range if sofas and a very friendly, helpful and non pushy saleswoman - Pauline. Really pleased with our experience and service.

The guy that helped us Aaron was brilliant helped with all our enquires gave us chance to make sure we were set on the right sofa and gave us all the information we needed fab customer service!

The whole experience was great, went into the Doncaster store and was greeted by Gary, he explained how the pricing structure worked and explained that most of the sofas came in a number of colours and designs.
It was the right amount of sales but without being pushy. He made the whole process easy from start to finish 🙃

Excellent customer service.

We were greeted by sales assistant Arron, explained we were just having a look, he gave us time to wander freely around store with no hassle. Once we started to decide on a sofa, Aaron then gave us plenty of advice and options on purchasing and after care.
We found the store very relaxed and welcoming, the sales assistants not obviously following you around.

Pauline was amazing, no pressure. Helped us build exactly what we wanted. Great quality.
