We had a brilliant experience at Sofology in Inverness from start to finish. Niamh was absolutely lovely — friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with confidence and ease. Thanks to her, choosing our new suite was stress-free and actually enjoyable. She sold it on quality and comfort, not pressure, and we left feeling completely happy with our decision. The staff were friendly
The staff were friendly. Niamh who dealt with my order was lovely, she was very helpful and explained evverything, i was even offered a cup of coffee. My experience was first class couldn't fault anything.

Inverness Store
The Inverness store has a lovely friendly feel about it. We visited a number of times before deciding what to buy and each time we visited the team were super friendly with good product knowledge and no pressure to buy.

A great choice of different styles
A great choice of different styles, colours and prices. We looked at Sofology first then went to 3 other stores but returned to Sofology as we could not find a better choice anywhere.
