Great customer service
Great customer service, friendly team. We went in store initially but then had some issues with the order (technical issues online!) which they dealt with perfectly over the phone. Very efficient and professional while maintaining a charismatic attitude.

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology (Inverness) thanks to our salesman Aaron. He knew the range extremely well and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all, gave us plenty of space to decide, and made thoughtful suggestions that genuinely suited our needs. The whole process felt relaxed and well-informed, and we’re delighted with our sofa. Excellent service from start to finish.

Christine was very helpful and nice.
It was very easy and straight forward. It took only a few minutes and people in the shop were very nice and helpful, especially Christine who looked after us.
