Sofology - Ipswich Avis 

So far so good.
The experience in store was excellent. I was allowed to browse and when ready to find out more an assistant was available to see me.
Knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and explained everything clearly. Made a recommendation based on my needs, no hard sell.

If you want a sofa this is the place to go. There is a massive range on display. We had an idea what we were looking for and the first person to greet us was the Manager. He was very helpful and very pleasant and did not have a rehearsed sales pitch. All the questions we asked were answered in a precise and understandable manner. After sitting on a number of sofa I asked what one the manager would recommend once he knew our criteria. We were taken further into the store and shown a sofa and he explained why this sofa would suit us. Both seats had full reclining capability, a moveable lumber support and a headrest that can be positioned exactly where you would like it. We decided to go ahead and the manager handed us over to Nikola to complete the sale. Nikola was a great help and all our questions were answered - and we asked a lot! My wife could not decide on the colour so we didn't go ahead on this day and did not get pressured into finalising the sale before leaving. The next day we came back changed the colour and put and order in for two sofas. I would highly recommend sofology without a doubt!

Great experience.

One of the worst experience I’ve had buying a sofa, the customer service is terrible and every time I call them regarding my order I get different information from different agents. Since I wasn’t given any updates on my order I had no choice but to cancel my complete order.
Awful customer service and will stay away from this company and will advise others to be vigilant.

The Staff in the Ipswich branch are extremely helpful, patient, attentive and knowledgeable about their products. They listened to all of our family requirements and suggested the most appropriate and suitable sofas for us, making the whole process much easier.
