Sofology wonderful range great quality
Sofology have a wonderful range of sofas, great quality at affordable prices, with 0% finance option available. Staff are warm welcoming and knowledgeable. Today we were assisted by Humza, whose expertise was extremely helpful - he allowed us as much time as necessary, ‘without feeling pressured’, to come to our final decision. Other members of staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable too. Thank you

Eve was very helpful and managed to help us find the right sofa for us. she gave us time to think about comfort & practicality without pushing us or feeling rushed. she gave us time to think about delivery issues and talked us through the process honestly rather than just trying to push the sale and we deal with it. Great customer service.

After visiting the shop on a number of occasions we finally decided on the right furniture for us. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a quick choice and the staff who were in attendance allowed us as much time and space as we needed.

Ali and his team were excellent, they were attentive, answered all our questions and helped us sort the financial hiccup. They even entertained our children whilst we shopped.

Sofology Reading
Visted the reading branch today. No one approached us, until we needed help. That was lovely and gave us the time to look around and chat to each other which ones we liked. Humza was very approachable and did not give us the hard sell. He explained everything clearly. Came away with exactly what we wanted.
