Recently visited the Swindon store and…
Recently visited the Swindon store and were greeted and assisted by Kai. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding, he was so helpful & patient despite our many questions! We went home to measure up and required his help over the phone which he was more than happy to do. We have made a purchase not only because the sofa is gorgeous but also because the level of customer service impressed us so much.

Helpful staff
So far the whole experience from choosing to ordering the sofa has been very pleasant. I am still waiting for the delivery so can't comment on this aspect.

Swindon store visit Sunday 2nd November
It was nice to visit your Swindon store. Every one of the staff we engaged with were friendly and helpful. Even offered tea or coffee! The store was lovely and clean and bright. And the modern furniture really stood out. Well done!

Excellent in store customer service
Can highly recommend Sofology Swindon. Excellent customer service from the whole team. They seem genuinely keen to help you but most importantly give you the time and space to browse, being readily available for questions when you need them. Helpful, friendly and professional so thank you to Kaitlin and the team for a great service.

Helpful and friendly staff
Staff in the Swindon store were all super helpful, both times we visited the store. The radleigh sofa we chose was not available to view in-store, but we were able to view an alternative sofa which was similar. All our questions were answered and the purchasing was straightforward. Special thanks to our salesperson Marta, so friendly and helpful.
