I had loads of viruses and threats popping up on my laptop and thought that all of my work would be compromised. Phil was amazing as he did remote support and talked me through everything he was doing to make me feel at ease. He managed to fix it within 15 mins and i feel much better now. Cannot reccommend him enough. Fantastic service.

I had inadvertently deleted all of my granddaughter's video files off her Samsung Tablet SD card and then emptied the recycling bin to free up space!!
Lost forever I thought.

Several days later and much effort using different recovery options he had recovered all the data and put it on a portable hard drive.

Visited Software Solutions on a recommendation following a fairly disastrous attempt to buy a laptop from Amazon as a gift for my teenage son. Phil was knowledgeable and helpful and so I decided to leave it in his hands after telling him what was needed. Sure enough, he called as he said he would and was able to source and setup the device within a couple of days. Cue one happy customer with an even happier son. I contacted Phil at Software Solutions enquiring about a graphics card upgrade and a WI-FI card install, I took in my PC last weekend (19/1/23) so he could have a quick check and then recommended a graphics card that would fit in my current case and run with the power supply that is already in there to help keep costs down, this weekend I tool it in for the upgrade and after just over an hour I got a call to say it was ready, great job done.

Took my laptop in at just after lunchtime today with an issue, Phil diagnosed the potential issue and offered a cost to strip and repair if he could. Picked it up three hours later all fixed and and running all for a very modest cost. Would highly recommend him for any computer problems.

Last week I gave Phil my laptop which had various problems. I handed it in in the afternoon and it was ready for collection first thing the next day. Not only did he resolve the issues, he also upgraded Microsoft, installed a firewall, cleaned the laptop etc. And to top it he charged me less than the original quote! Brilliant service.
