Good value toy
Wish the remote had more functions on it, but the product is a good value. Also would have liked something to seal the power port so the toy could be fully submerged when washing.

The vibration mode on the Hiver was not working
The vibration mode on the Hiver was simply not working. After 15 email exhanges with the Sohimi support service (hey, try this try that, send us a video, send us one more video, endless discussions) I got tired of all this, hence the one star. Don't believe for a second they will send a replacement or a refund. I'm sure they will have a nice reply to my review, it's so predictable.

Works as described
-Shipping was fast as I am located in Sweden
-Creative product - vibrations work as mentioned in the description with sound and manual
-Although the operation is satisfactory, functionally we realised that only vibration should not be targeted for men for pleasure, it would have been more useful if it had involved some sense of movement as well

The rotating assembly does not work. You can hear it trying but it's like a gear or something is stripped out.

Great Company and Customer Service
I was nervous at first to order from a new company. However, I've been very happy with what I've ordered from Sohimi! Everything has been great, shipping is reasonable, and recently, I found out their customer service is great too. I will definitely continue ordering from them moving forward.

The company itself is great always ships out very fast and is discreet with the products packaging. The last product I got not so good the suction part okay. But overall twisting and feel was not a turn on at all.

The company was pretty great
The company was pretty great. When I contacted them with my disappointment with the product, they were quick to offer me a refund, though I wasn’t able to return an unused object which I thought was weird. My biggest issue with this experience is that I bought their nipple and clits toy, and it was incredibly weak. Some may like the fact that it’s not too powerful, But for me, it’s not powerful enough. The packaging was normal nothing too great about it. The product itself seems well-made just a little Issue.

Shipping process and price went…
Shipping process and price went smoothly hence the 2 stars. That's it. Products are junk. Not even close to as advertised. No battery life or advertised satisfaction/sensations. Not for larger girths at all. Pass on these if you're looking for a good toy at an affordable price. They don't get you where you wanted to get!
