SolarBox were great. I made a mistake when selecting the shipping method (chose pickup), and they still delivered to me. This was an absolute blessing. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Awesome communication!
They actually emailed me to advise my item was out of stock and wouldn't be in until the end of the week, asking if I was ok to wait or would prefer a refund. Great communication!
