The Technician Iestyn was polite, courteous and pleasant. He was very informative and helpful. I've also had telephone conversations with Adam and Tom. Again both gentlemen were polite, courteous and very helpful. I feel the company are approachable and would not hesitate to recommend Solar Daddy to family and friends.

First appointment they rang after I’d waited in all morning to say running late and we had to reschedule as I couldn’t wait in any more. Second visit I waited in all morning and they didn’t turn up. Third visit arrived but was going dark and told me I had nests under the panels which when checked the next day in daylight I didn’t . I was expecting to have the panels washed but he just checked the meter and inverter and tried to sell me further cover telling me battery wasn’t covered for check and finally told me I had 2 feed in tariff meters which I don’t so not convinced he even knew what he was looking at or checking to make it work. Staff on the phone when you ring up are very pleasant

Always very polite & helpful. They get things sorted out pretty pronto. I usually speak to Adam Singh when they call me. Mainly deal with Ash as he usually comes when I have to spend more money!!

Solar Daddy has installed storage batteries since we have purchased a self charging hybrid car. We have been helped by the excellent Tom Singh and on a recent service for our solar panels we agreed to join the maintenance service. On the 22nd February this year a maintenance crew arrived to clean our panels which we have had difficulty in getting local help. They were pleasant worked for some 1 hour and the panels look much better (they took a video and showed us the before and after views.) The will clean them twice yearly as part of this package. I felt reassured by this and recommend anyone considering maintenance to use this service.

Today I had a senior health advisor call to rectify a fault with my battery system he was very pleasant to deal with and new his job and was up for a deal thanks Ash 👍🏻

The team arrived on the day agreed having given me 50 minutes notice. They had the correct equipment and were able to clean my panels throughly. Look forward to them returning later this year to clean them again.

Well Ash came out, he remembered us from coming out over a year ago,remembered I had been extremly poorly and asked how I was doing, he's like one of the family and treat us like we were family members, I did offer to let him do my hoovering, seriously he went above and beyond to make sure our problems were corrected,and we knew what was what, definetly recommend this company, no problem to big for them, advised what is best for situations, and talked us through every step
