Solar Star Power Ltd Avis

Very professional company to deal with. Prompt response to all emails (thank you Fiona!). Mark, who came out for the site survey was very knowledgable and helpful. Definitely worth considering!

PS: don’t bother with national company Project Solar UK, their salesman wasted three hours of my life and then never bothered following up with a quote or correspondence! My advice, go local!

Let down very badly by this firm who installed solar panels in the summer for me but then never fulfilled the battery install - dates arranged for this which were never met - no communication - very unprofessional customer relations - all they could ever say was "Ooh I don't know!" messed about, fobbed off and lied to over and over - clearly having supply issues - AVOID!!

Placed order for Tesla charger installation some four weeks later still chasing our installation after several unkept appointments. Would not recommend

I couldn't recommend them enough, They were amazing from start to finish and did everything they could to get me up and running as quick as possible. All the guys that turned up were totally professional and made sure i was aware of everything going on and at what stage they were at before leaving for the day.

Very disappointing experience.
Contacted SolarStar for a quote, which they did comeback with £9.5k and invited to ask questions and book site visit.
Did ask Karen questions via email and rang to book site visit never heard back from them again, no with answers to email or visit arrangement!
I guess it is very selected customers they actually provide service to.

Solar Panels (11) installation
I am very pleased with the installation and in combination with the smart meter Octopus fitted has enabled me to lower considerably the cost of my electric consumption. I recommend Star Solar Power as a business expert in installing the panels which were fitted together with the inverter all within 1 day.

Extremely helpful and efficient service from first enquiry through to fitting and aftercare. Always ready to answer queries and provide technical explanations.

Very pleased with the solar panel installation. Impressed with the installers, they did a neat job.

Generally good communication. Good value for money, very good service and excellent aftercare (mostly getting paperwork sorted). Installation was quick and well done. Would recommend to others.

This was my second installation as I have moved both installation were good clean and professional no sign that they had been only panels on roof all wires hidden 1st installation I had falt after 4.5 years repair under warranty with in days can not fall them in any way

Very pleased with service
Very knowledgeable within their field
I would be happy to recommend

The design and installation of our PV panels was carried out in a friendly and professional manner and we look forward to the eventual installation of a Tesla Wall later in the year.

Great communications, competitive pricing and an excellent standard of workmanship. Highly recommended.

We had solar panels and a Zappi car charger installed. The whole process was managed very professionally and the service has been excellent. Very friendly company. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service throughout from discussing the design and tweaking our requirements to installation.
The scaffold team were great and the installers of the panels. The electrician was equally impressive and very neat and tidy.
All in all excellent.

Excellent and professional service and would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant, can not fault solar star power at all.

Left the house near and tidy after finished the install and always on hand if any questions by phone.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Can not wait for the Tesla battery install when it arrives.

Really friendly and reliable company. We are so pleased with our solar panels. Fitted on time, everywhere was left tidy and the panels, heating boost and zappi car charger work really well. We can’t wait for the power wall storage to be fitted. Would definitely recommend them .

We had a 6.3kw system installed west facing in April. The predicted figure given for May was well exceeded at 700kwh and we are ahead of target for the annual consumption. Once the Tesla battery is fitted, we are confident our annual consumption will be less than the power generated from the solar panels, meaning our electric cost will be virtually nothing. The iBoost for the immersion heater also means we can turn off the gas making further savings. Quick installation, competitive price and the panels look great in black in the roof.

David and his team installed PV panels for us in 2014 and has given us support whenever we need it.

The quality of work and the installation were excellent and we have had 8 years of fantastic solar power which we will miss when we move to our new house in the next few days.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Solar Star Power for your energy needs. David is brilliant.
