In my experience, the advertised 5.5¢ “all-in” power pricing is not supported by the actual utility structure and should not be treated as a reliable operating assumption for a mining investment. The claimed 2 MW capacity should also be treated with caution. Based on the site conditions, infrastructure, and operating limitations I observed, I do not believe the property has the practical 2 MW mining capacity being promoted.

The design quality and airflow concept also raised concerns for a property marketed as a turnkey mining operation.
