You have my money and I don’t even have a tracking number. No one is answering emails and the phone number listed online for the New York store doesn’t work. This is your last chance to provide me with a tracking number for the glasses that you have already taken the money for. Today is 09/10/2026. You have until Monday 09/14/2026 to mail my purchase and provide me with a tracking number or I will report you to the police for stealing and the BBC for poor business practices.

I ordered a frame from your website and received an email stating that it would be delivered within 10 to 14 day. I waited 15 days before sending an email asking for information as to when they would be shipped. I did not receive a reply. 5 days later, another email. Again, no response. Canceled order.
