Terrible Experience

I used to like working with them before they were not like other resellers— who have shady business policies and do not inform sellers of these unethical policies. I’ve sold with this company and purchased. I was told as a Rebag+ member I am locked into a certain payout quota that would not change. There was no prior notice about drastic price decreases. If I had known about this, I would have not brought my business elsewhere. The only reason I resold through them again was due to this product being purchase originally from them. They also have not notified me that my item sold, I have had to check the app almost everyday to be updated. When I went in store I was told to call. When I called I was also given vague answers to my questions. Everything is shady within this company, and the shift is evident in the last 4 years. I still have no idea how much my item has sold for. On top of the fact that it takes 40 days for the item being sold and then another 15 on top to receive the pay out.

Be Prepared to Wait — and Take a Risk

Rebag used to be a great platform for buying and selling, but my experience over the past year has been extremely disappointing.

For sellers, the turnaround time has become quite long. It can take 3–4 weeks just for items to be processed, followed by up to 30 business days to receive payment. On top of that, there’s a 3% cash-out fee to access your funds. I also ran into repeated issues with the payout system, receiving “failed cash out” errors that delayed payment even further. Altogether, the process can stretch to 3-4 months before you actually receive your money.

On the buying side, item descriptions don’t always feel reliable. The photos and written details sometimes fail to accurately reflect the condition, which makes the experience unpredictable. Some items exceed expectations, while others fall far short.

Customer service is another mixed area. Some representatives are extremely helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues, while others provide generic responses and are less than helpful in addressing concerns.

Overall, while Rebag still has potential, the current experience feels inconsistent and scammy. I would recommend taking your business to Fashionphile, Bag Borrow or Steal, or other independent sellers.

I have been a long time customer

I have been a long time customer, and your new policies have damaged customer loyalty to Rebag. I dropped off a Chanel bag and David yurman bracelet on February 3, 2026, and it took almost 3 months to get paid. Rebag even sold my items before I got paid. And when I was told I would get paid on 04/04/26, then I tried to cash out and Rebag was going to charge me 3% for withdrawing my money. I canceled my membership and will never sell another item to Rebag.

Great experience with Rebag

Great experience with Rebag! I’ve purchased multiple bags from them, and each order has been smooth from start to finish. The bags have arrived exactly as described, well-packaged, and in great condition. I really appreciate the clear product photos and detailed condition descriptions, which make it easier to shop with confidence.Their selection is excellent, and I’ve been happy with the quality and authenticity of every item I’ve received. Overall, Rebag has been reliable, professional, and easy to use. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and would recommend them to anyone looking for pre-owned luxury bags.

Price is high for the product quality.

You have a good selection of products. But pricing compared to other resellers is pretty high considering the quality. There are even some cases where I saw bracelets and used they cost more than new from the original brand store. That's not really ok.

Overall a great experience

Overall a great experience! Bag is beautiful and great condition and the people in the store were very helpful. I only give 4 stars because it didnt come with a box, and its $50 to buy a YSL box! If you can add boxes that would be much better, thanks!

The bag was exactly as described. It arrived well-packaged and in a timely fashion. I think the price was reasonable and I would buy again.

I was never told a signature was…

I was never told a signature was required for a delivery and I was out of town when they attempted to deliver multiple times. At no time was I ever called,emailed or notified at all by Rebag or FedEx. When I got home,I went to FedEx AND called rebag to come up with a solution to have it sent to the closest FedEx location so I could pick it up and all parties agreed but it was still shipped to me when I wasn't home and unable to sign, so after 2 weeks,I still don't have the bag and am waiting for a refund that still hasn't come thru my account.

Return Experience

I had to do a return & they were so very helpful. They answered every question & made the whole process 100% easier. I will continue buying from them because their customer service is excellent as well as their products!

I love my Gucci bag, but....

I love my Gucci bag! It is stunning, in great condition, and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that Rebag uses FedEx to ship AND you have to sign for the package in person (no digital release) and that is a major issue because FedEx around here doesn't even bother coming by if it is a package you have to sign for. You ALWAYS have to drive to their hub in Nashville to pick it up 3-4 days later. If you get it at all!!!
