Horrible customer service
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life unfortunately. They sent me the wrong bag, after it was delivered back to them they took nearly 2 months to actually refund me. Dozens of emails to them asking for my refund since they clearly had the purse back and they kept saying they couldn’t refund me yet because they had to inspect it?? Then had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for their error. Would not recommend and personally will never shop with them again.

The trade in was a great experience! The process is easy. The bag I received was in super great shape as described. It cam quickly and I appreciated the way the whole experience was.

Easy transaction
Easy transaction. Lots to choose from. Only problem is that someone has to be home for delivery to sign for it. That’s not always possible, so it complicates the transaction. Otherwise, no issues. I will but again from Rebag.

B35 photo issue made me cancel order
I purchased a Birkin 35 - in a follow-up curiosity bag search, it became quite clear that the B35 had photos taken from a Japanese seller whose B35 was repainted aka not Hermes servicable (it also included it was Z stamp). I was assured that it was coming from a trusted seller but no assurances about the photo issue. I opted to cancel my order because of my concerns. I have bought other H bags and VCA from Rebag without any issue or concern. A+++ for those purchases! Unfortunately this was not a great experience in comparison to my past ones!

When looking at shoes
When looking at shoes, they don’t have a filter to filter out the size you’re looking for, I wish I would’ve done more research because an item that I bought from Rebag, which I think is used I found new at almost the same price that was just a pair of sunglasses,
