My experience as always had been great…

My experience as always had been great ! Thanks to Christina from Short Hills mall she gets the job done quickly. I was interested in a bag and she sent me additional pictures right away along with a video . I purchased the bag and it was sent out right away along! Thx again Christina , you are the Best !!!!

scammed

I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars buying many handbags shoes, etc. from rebag and trusted them.
I was recently scammed. The last Chanel I bought is fake.

Experience was awful

Experience was awful. Used $500 of my accrued Rebag account $ for a purchase that totaled about $1k. Ended up returning my purchase and only received $50 back in my account. What in the world?? All attempts to rectify this have been ignored.

REBAG for the win in rectifying situations

Ok. I made a previous review about my expirence with the trade. It was not the best. HOWEVER, I must say, they didn't keep things right for me. They immediately rectified the situation and my trade has now arrived. I will be purchasing.another with another trade. Thank you, REBAG for listening!:)

Authentic????

I think the bag is a knockoff. Rebag would not allow me to return it. I asked for better proof and they only sent me an email with a code that leads to nothing. I have purchased many authentic bags over time to know the difference. The quality just seems “off.” The strap is hard and not the usual canvas, the inside is brown when the usual color of the Damier lining is red, the stitching is not the same color/style as my other LV bags and the canvas exterior coating feels plastic. I am disappointed in this site and will never shop here again.

Over All Good Experience.

It took longer than expected to receive the bag I ordered. I did have a trade so I am assuming that was the delay. I do LOVE the LV that I received. The condition is better than expected. The bag is gorgeous. I have gotten many compliments!!

Selection is good, customer service sucks

Selection is good, pictures are horrible. Customer service SUCKS. They dont call you if there is a problem with your order. You get an email just cancelling it. They wont ship to package Service companies, only to your billing address, but that isnt stated when you choose shippping address. Seriously, who can deal with checking emails every 30 seconds.

Customer service matters

Customer service did not even explain that cancelling my membership would mean I would loose money. He just went ahead and cancelled it, and explained the money loss AFTER THE FACT! And was not AT ALL apologetic about it!! He told me, I assumed you already know this! Well, it's the customer service reps responsibility to explain this to the customer and ask them if they want to proceed with the cancellation.....and NOT assume the customer knows!!

The bag is wonderful

The bag is wonderful. It took weeks to get it. I emailed Rebag weekly and received prompt responses but with no information about when the bag would ship. It seems like shipping could be quicker.
