DON'T ORDER IF YOU NEED QUICKLY !
On one hand, it's a little premature of me to write this; on the other hand, I'm not happy with this company so far. I placed an order for sunglasses on July 30th. I am writing this on August 12. I STILL do not have my sunglasses, and when I check my order on their website, it STILL only says: "We're preparing these items for shipping."
That's ridiculous.
So pretty much 2 weeks after I placed my order, my sunglasses STILL have not even been shipped out.
I'll give them 2 more weeks, and then I'm doing a chargeback with my CC.
EDITED TO ADD:
I see that Solstice Sunglasses responded. Yet it's the SAME cookie-cutter response they pretty much write to everyone. Oh, and 3 days later.....order still says, We're preparing these items for shipping"
SUCH a joke. SO obviously they DO NOT have these items in stock and just get them from the manufacturer

UPD: Shipment received Aug 17, top quality sunglasses. Only issue is the waiting time. But because the price, 5/5 stars.
*First order was ok, made a second one #114980 Jul 24. Now aug 10 - nothing happened. Had a phone conversation with the support in the beginning of month and they said its all ok and they need several days more to complete the order. Unstatisfied.*

Placed my order on July 10th
Placed my order on July 10th, it’s been 4 weeks now since and I still haven’t received my order. Sort of disappointed with how long it’s taking. The only good thing I can say is that customer support does respond back to me, so I am hoping to receive my order soon.
*UPDATE*
The glasses came in good condition, I did get custom transition lenses so I understand why it took longer than expected. But overall a good pair of sunglasses.
