I had an issue recently with a Solus Decor Halo Firepit cover. Claudia Q dealt with my query and went way beyond the extra mile to resolve it. Solus Decor are very lucky to have her an an employee!

We ordered a Solus concrete water bowl and although the water bowl looks lovely and is a beautiful additon to our backyard- the Stainless Steel is rusting very quickly which is very disappointing for the money we spent.
It is not exposed to salt or pool water so the fact the rust is spreading makes me regret the purchase. We started to see rust within a couple weeks of install and it is not even turned on daily. I am wondering what grade of stainless steel is used as perhaps it needs to be a higher grade.

UK LPG LTD have been working with and installing Solus Decor products for a while now. Not only are their products the best in the market, their customer service is excellent and go above and beyond for their customers which is something we as installers appreciate.

We are extremely lucky to have built a relationship with Solis Decor and look forward to many more projects.

We have had the 36” fire bowl for about 3 years now and absolutely love it. We live in Michigan and there has been no issues during the winter months. During the spring and fall, we love sitting outside by the Solus fire bowl with the fire going and enjoying a glass of wine with friends. We also have the wood table top and enjoy using it over the fire bowl as a cool cocktail table in the summer months. We just ordered a new cover to make sure that we have the best protection when the fire bowl is not in use and especially to keep it protected in the winter months.

Our condo association purchased the Hemi 36" Fire Bowl and our residents love it! We had it shipped all the way from Vancouver to Montreal and it arrived well-crated, in perfect condition for a straight-forward install. We have it connected with a timer switch, so it is just "set and forget" which is great, since we have many unsupervised resident users. The Hemi is very attractive when burning, and even when not lit it looks like a sculpture. Solus Decor's after sales service has also been excellent.

The entire process was very professional and easy. Product was delivered when promised and quality was very high. It looks great in our back yard.

Great customer service and the quality of the product was exceptional. A little more pricey than others, but well worth extra dollars.

Once I saw our firepit online I was pretty obsessed. We got the elevated halo 36. It's just so pretty. Solus was lovely to deal with as well. It was easy to order and the rep spent a lot of time on the phone with me helping to pick out the color. The firepit shipped out on time and got here in perfect shape. We are very happy with our purchase.

No complaints at all. Everything went very smooth.

Don't buy any product without obtaining physical samples of the colors you are considering. What appears on their website as black or very dark grey (we've looked at it on multiple computers and it always appears black) is actually a light grey similar to most concrete sidewalks. We would not have purchased had we gotten the actual sample. Their response to our complaint was, "you should have asked for an actual sample." In this day and age, it actually is possible to provide reasonably accurate color samples on line, and to display what appears (on every monitor we looked at it) as black, and ship a light grey product, is not reasonable. But we learned our lesson so you don't have to: Don't order your fire pit until you have received the actual color samples by mail. And if you are looking for a black or dark grey concrete fire box, you will need to go elsewhere.

We purchased a 36″ Elevated Halo fire pit in early 2014. From start to finish, the process was seamless (questions, color samples, shipping import, etc.). The service was tops. There are many cheaper firepits out there, but none quite like these. They're stunning.

I was impressed from my first contact with Solus. Martes answered all of my questions, and our samples arrived right away. Our firebowl arrived on time, in the most incredible packaging, without a scratch, and it looks fantastic in our yard and works great - exactly what we wanted! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solus to anyone looking for a high quality firebowl.

The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. The salesperson, Chris was very helpful. Will call him soon for a small area I am thinking of using this material.

I'm not going to lie, it was a bit expensive, but so worth it. Perfect small size for a 9x9 patio in a high rise apartment building. This company was extremely easy to work with and timelines were bang on.

We shopped around for a little bit before deciding on a Fire Bowl from Solus Decor. The sales staffs were professional and helpful. The product was great in style and quality. Staff would touch base with us to ensure the specifications and product's delivery. Product was delivered as scheduled. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy from Solus Decor again.

The service is ok but the product is overpriced ultimately. The person who helped us on the phone failed to follow through with the promised email re available sales on seconds. As a result we went down a few days after and most of the deals were sold. Showroom staff we had showed some impatience and hedged regarding the defects in the seconds.i had to email and prompt her to send me a picture of the defect as she couldn't take one as the pit was too high up. The picture that arrived was blurry and did not show it well. To cap it off we could not bring ourselves to buy a cloth cover for it for $300!!!! Daylight robery.

I have always loved the look of the solus Fire tables! This year when we were finally in the market for a fire table, I called them. Thier tables were pricey so I thought that my wish to have one was not going to come true. The staff was wonderful and worked with me to find a seconds table that was perfect for our new outdoor living space. You can not even tell it is a seconds (a tiny nic on one corner). We love it and spend all our free time around it. It brings our family all to one place for quality time (no T.V., video games). It is such a quality product with style, it is artwork!
