Most annoying

I've been going to solutions mobility for nearly 4yrs now, nothing is too much trouble for them. Just taken delivery of another powerchair and they go through everything, can't recommend them enough.

I was hitting a block of brick walls trying to source a replacement battery for my Relaxa bath lift and was getting nowhere. Until that is I contacted Glebe Mobility who put me on to their sister company Solutions Mobility Ltd. They arranged a courier to collect my battery, changed the cells and it was back with me within days. I can't express enough how good the service was and everyone I dealt with was so helpful, especially Sue Bowbanks.

I booked a visit to try out a particular model of powered wheelchair. I was able to try out the chair both inside and out as well as some similar alternatives. After a couple of weeks of thinking about it, I ordered the chair I wanted and it was delivered to my home, with the accessories I ordered, fully unpacked, assembled, charged and ready to go. The delivery man was very pleasant and went through the operation of the chair with me again. An excellent service.

I'm really pleased with my erogbaum crutches, these are my 3rd set I had and I have a pair for work and now I have a pair I use for out of work. I won't by any other make of crutches the are the best on the market as you don't get sore hands when using or achey wrists and arms. I always get complements and asked where I buy them from, I highly recommend.

I was looking for a llightweight folding carbon fibre wheelchair and was having trouble sourcing any I liked near my home in Leeds. I rang Solutions in Alfreton and spoke to a very friendly lady who said they stocked the Comfy Carbon. We made an appointment to view one and made the almost 100 mile round trip.
We were warmly greeted by the staff who offered myself and my wife hot drinks while they showed us the model we were interested in. I was able to have a drive in it and test its folded weight. There was no hard sell at all and we quickly decided to make a purchase. A month's free insurance was arranged for us and we took delivery of the chair just two days later. In every respect the service was professional and inspired confidence that we had made the correct choice. Well worth the journey.

We visited to purchase a mobility scooter. The 2 people who looked after were really helpful whilst we made our choice. Several items were taken down to see if they went in the boot and if we could lift them. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained really well for the aftercare. I am so confident we made the right choice. I 100% recommend solutions mobility

Lovely people, very helpful and amazing help from George whose a very nice person too, would highly recommend all prices are very reasonable too.

I use a Mobility scooter and had a puncture [ 3rd in as many months] Gertie 🦼 is my lifeline and gives me the opportunity to retain a little independence. The local Motability shop I use was unable to help as tge mechanic was on holiday. After googling I contacted Mobility Solutions.. they were very helpful and advised me they had a 'mobile' mechanic in my area, they would contact him to see if he had the size of inner tube needed.. half an hour later and NORBERT arrived.. he had the size of inner tube and soon had Gertie ready to go 🦼👏👍

I've recently bought a powerchair and a riser-recliner from Solutions Mobility having had a previous wheelchair from them. It took us a while to get the right wheelchair and right setup for me, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the wheelchair, and I'm pleased to say it's perfect for my needs. The riser-recliner chair was delivered within 4 days of me ordering it and the whole process was efficient and well managed.
The service from Sue, Stuart and the rest of the team (and of course Saber!) is first class - always friendly and helpful, and when it comes to anything mobility related, they really know their stuff, going the extra mile to make sure the customer's happy.

They are a lovely crowd to get on and have made me very proud. I had a problem with one I bought they came out that same week as I live far away from them. Suse was beneficial over the phone knew their business and was very polite I will defiantly be using them again in the near future

This is a superb scooter, bought to replace my old one which expired after many years of use. This one is half the weight and can be lifted in and out of the car with ease - and even without breaking it apart. The service from Solutions Mobility was also second to none

you did not want to help me it was more than one thing wrong with it you know it was you messed me around you wouldn't give me back my money eBay had to step in for me and help me get my money back from you im talking about the wheelchair

Once again like every time we visit solution mobility we were treated as someone of importance. This time I messed up my wheelchair and when I rang them we were invited down, upon arrival I was treated with a drink and they got on with repairing my chair .I was treated as a king. I recommend this company to my best friends. Anyone in need of a mobility product these are the people to deal with.my son is disabled also we have had 3 chairs from this company and not had any problems.

I recently bought my 4th powerchair from solutions mobility. I have never been disappointed in the past. All my previous wheelchairs and spares have been fine.

This latest purchase was a quantum powerchair. I had some issues. These were resolved within a week. All of the team went above and beyond to exchange my wheelchair for a more suitable wheelchair, which was much better.

The customer service is fantastic and the after care is brilliant. Big shout out to Karla, Evie, Jeff, Adam, Sue
